Excellent service. Shipping prices are steep for single items (e.g., around £50 to send a blazer from the UK to the US). Maybe bundling items works out cheaper, I don't know—I haven't tried yet. I'd like to see some cheaper options for single items, nevertheless.

Very fast, easy, efficient, the online system is fantastic. Each step is quite expensive, would prefer more warning of these charges at the outset. i.e. why does something have to be 'repackaged' if it already arrives in one box?

I chose their combined shipping and paid the price for that, however all 5 advent calendars arrived SEPARETELY and damaged the boxes. One of the advent calendar was even opened. This is not the fault of FedEx as the outer thin plastic bag was intact. So shocked... I took the photos and am considering filing this case at Resolver.

I had one item forwarded from Germany, and the item was handled and delivered properly - in just a few days.
Many thanks for your feedback, this is very important to us.
I'm sorry to hear that there has been an issue with the delivery of your shipment, I see that you did contact us at the time of shipping however the shipment was held by the United States Department of Agricultural at that time.
Unfortunately when the authorities hold a parcel for inspection this can take some time for them to release the goods for delivery however four months seems a very long time and we should have investigated this further for you.
I therefore apologise that we have not given you the expected level of support and will contact you directly by email to see how we can rectify this for you.
