I was supposed to receive my package on Monday July 26th. I ended up receiving my package on Tuesday, November 16th. There was a customs delay when it got the U.S. and I was never able to get ahold of ANYONE who could help me. I called everyone from DHL to the FDA and even emailed Forward2Me directly. I gave up finally and accepted the fact that I basically threw away $197. This was package contained formula that my son NEEDED. I filled out the prior notice forms so I have no idea what happened. But not very happy with the outcome and the fact that. I received the package and no longer need it.
Hi,
Many thanks for your feedback, this is very important to us.
I'm sorry to hear that there has been an issue with the delivery of your shipment, I see that you did contact us at the time of shipping however the shipment was held by the United States Department of Agricultural at that time.
Unfortunately when the authorities hold a parcel for inspection this can take some time for them to release the goods for delivery however four months seems a very long time and we should have investigated this further for you.
I therefore apologise that we have not given you the expected level of support and will contact you directly by email to see how we can rectify this for you.
Kind regards,
Tracy.

Had a positive experience using this shipping service. Bought a motorcycle accessory that I could not find US. Ended up finding a dealer in Italy that had one in stock and in 14 days it was at my door. Great service.

Föredömlig tjänst som fungerar utmärkt och bra service. Aber jag hade var när jag skulle välja att skicka flera paket. Det vart för enkelt att ett paket kryssades av för sändning. Men det åtgärdades genom en utomordentlig service.

I got my package safely. They took extra precaution by wrapping up the box. It did take longer than expected, maybe because it was the weekends

Excellent service. Shipping prices are steep for single items (e.g., around £50 to send a blazer from the UK to the US). Maybe bundling items works out cheaper, I don't know—I haven't tried yet. I'd like to see some cheaper options for single items, nevertheless.

Purchased a new mobile phone in Germany that wasn't available in the Netherlands. Had it delivered to Forward2Me and they sent it to me. The whole process was smooth, fast and reliable - had the phone within a few days after purchase, and I could track it all the way.

Very fast, easy, efficient, the online system is fantastic. Each step is quite expensive, would prefer more warning of these charges at the outset. i.e. why does something have to be 'repackaged' if it already arrives in one box?

I chose their combined shipping and paid the price for that, however all 5 advent calendars arrived SEPARETELY and damaged the boxes. One of the advent calendar was even opened. This is not the fault of FedEx as the outer thin plastic bag was intact. So shocked... I took the photos and am considering filing this case at Resolver.
