I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you have received however I'm thinking this relates to UPS rather than forward2me. I see that you have initiated two shipments via forward2me which have been dealt with in a prompt manner and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt on each occasion.
Unfortunately since Brexit transit from the UK to countries within the EU have taken a little longer for delivery due to the goods having to undergo customs clearance. Couriers such as UPS have had major delays with clearance however are working to resolve backlogs and we are seeing that these are now more under control.
I see that your current shipment is still going through customs clearance with a duty payment outstanding, please click on the pay link on your tracking to settle these fees so that the goods can be cleared and delivered.

I'm pleased to hear that you find our service good although you feel the price for shipping is too expensive.
Due to the current situation with covid all couriers have added surcharges to the cost of shipping to cover extra precautions required to ensure the safety of their employees. Couriers are also impacted with lower availability due to a reduced amount of flights moving around the world also increasing pricing.
Please be assured that we do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure we obtain the maximum value for our customers. The courier option we currently offer a premium, fully tracked door to door services, many of the budget options aren't currently offered as they aren't commercially viable at the moment.
We're hoping to have more budget options in the coming months when more flights resume and the situation stabilizes.
I hope you will continue using our services and maybe recommend using our combine and repack to ensure you obtain the maximum value for shipping.

The website needs improvement. Would love to independently select items to be shipped or combined. Every time was a prompt to contact customer service.

It seems there are certain value thresholds below which there’s a cost exemption, if I had known that then I could have made other arrangements.

We understand that there have been many changes due to the UK leaving the EU at the beginning of this year and that this has increased costs for importing goods into the EU from the UK.
We take on board your comments and will certainly look at making sure our customers are more aware of the costs that could be involved with importing to the EU from the UK going forward.
We are currently in the process of opening a new dedicated address in Germany where our customers can shop within Germany and deliver to other EU countries without extra customs charges and taxes. I hope this address will be of interest to you once it is available to our customers.
