*ESTIMATE FUNCTION ON WEBSITE MISLEADING* I wanted to buy an item from Amazon in Turkey. I found this company and it had amazon as one of the companies it dealt with. Their website has an option for getting an estimate of the postage and asks that you enter the dimensions. I went onto amazon and the *only* dimensions are for the item itself , so I entered those. The quote was €40. I bought the item , it was shipped to the turkey warehouse and when I got the postage bill , it was over €80! *TWICE* the estimate. I contacted the customer care and they refused to accept that their website should be clearer. I cannot believe I am first person this happened to and therefore the problem on the website should have been fixed by now. Ultimately , the company did not offer any discount or refund but merely blamed me for the issue.

Steadfast and trustworthy, but not much shipping choices for shipments to Algeria. Minimum cost of shipping remains relatively high…very high!
Also wish that the free storage service period be extended beyond minimum of 30 days.

The parcel forwarding of alcoholic drinks is less straight forward… take much additional time for contacting customer representatives and waiting for checking and so. It will be better if the process can be made in the system directly

I had quite a journey with this company my first time out I ordered something that came in three packages, however I know how the delay is with customs etc. so I asked for all the packages to be gathered into one shipment they reiterated to me that it would, I asked three times to confirm they said they would because I knew they would get lost or delayed I even told them I was afraid and reassured me twice of this that it would be shipped into one package anyway… what I was afraid of happened they did not merge the packages together due to their own human error I received one within 2 days after shipping 2 of them ended up at the wrong address and DHL WAS AMAZING to find out what happened and helped me, I ended up getting my packages two weeks later and a refund from forwardtome for the shipping delay.. took about three weeks to get all my packages which were supposed to come within two days make sure that you merge your packages together and if applicable that you tell them to put a prior notice if you’re importing any consumables I received everything otherwise they did try to help me with finding out the issue and apologized for the mistake and the unconvinience they are honest and accepted their fault. I do recommend them because I rather have someone pay attention to me if issues arise

One of my shipments was completely destroyed. It had Never happened and I always got my packages perfectly. This shipment almost every item was completely shattered and damaged. Which was devastating since they are rare collectibles

They were very helpful and responsive when it looked like one of 5 books was missing from my order. They went and checked with the warehouse and remedied the mistake right away.
