My experience was excellent. They told me immediately when they received the packages. I then asked them to combine all my packages and they were really fast in giving me an invoice. Once I paid for the invoice, it took them less than 24 hours to put the packages together and ship them. I got them to the United States in only 2 days! Can't recommend them enough.

The cost of shipping includes the full use of our address for deliveries with no annual or monthly fees for this address. For receiving, processing, storing and preparing your goods for shipping including all the export paperwork and entries required.
We also offer a combine and repack service to all customers when shipping, when this service is chosen our warehouse team evaluate the parcel(s) and repack the items to ensure that you obtain the maximum value for shipping. I see that you did not take advantage of this service. Shipping fees are calculated on the amount of space they take up in transit called the volumetric weight, I see that your shipment volumetric weight was much higher than the actual weight so we may have been able to reduce the size of your parcel to help save on shipping costs.

I found the Forward2me service and purchased 3 pairs of shoes which proceeded to be shipped onto the address ‘forward2me’ created for me — once the product shipped to forward2me’s warehouse, several notifications were sent to my email inbox starting with “Package Received” to “Package ready to Ship” and after signing off, “Package Dispatched”; all within less than 24 hours.
Shipping options were plentiful and in my case I chose DHL; I chose and paid for 4-5 business days and it arrived in 2 days to my USA address.
Overall, Forward2me’s service is straightforward and fast.

I thought they did OK. The directions on the web site need to be much clearer. They were very patience and understanding. The entire experience, buying and shipping from the UK ended badly for me. Because the seller did not send the item they described on their web site. They sent an entirely different item than I ordered and expected. In the US that is a crime and they would be prosecuted. I will think long and hard before I do any other business in the future from the UK. I did get my money back for the item, but the shipping cost was not returned.
