Any communication I had was very good and provided info. Only problem my postcode wasn’t provided to the courrier for delivery so I had to track fedex and provide the postcode / eircode . It was very delayed

great experience. this was my first time using this service. although there was some trouble(my part) locating my package once it was delivered to their whse, the rep was very helpful in instructing for future deliveries where to place my personal shipping code.

I was unable to determine my anticipated shipping rate after being logged into the site from a mobile phone. Are shipping rates only shown to desktop users? Because of this, I made a choice to ship something to Guernsey to avoid paying VAT from Fortnum & Mason. Unfortunately this ended up costing me $200 to ship via DHL. Had I known it might have been cheaper to ship from the UK, I would have paid the VAT.

I don’t know how these things work, but having a horrible shipping service as one of the options to choose from really makes me not want to use this service again. I ordered from a website and paid extra to have my stuff delivered asap, as i need the stuff for my brother’s wedding. the website were kind of enough and delivered the items the next day, perfect. I shipped my stuff as soon as they showed in my locker, that was the 24th, i get an email on the 28th saying my package was dispatched, now it’s the 2nd of january and the tracking number still says “package was not collected from shipper no additional information” honestly if i had shipped my items from the store to my actual home address I would’ve receive my items by now!

The site is at best unclear and at worst intentionally misleading.
Price is based on dimensions of packaging *not* the product. That should be made clear to customers.

Your company has completely over reached its obligations to live up to the requirements of the Australian government. You don’t need to charge GST on the postage for an item coming over from abroad. This is because this is a service that has been paid for and used abroad. You only need to put it on the goods and services, also you don’t need receipts you only need a declaration. You have overcharged me for no good reason other than to be extra special careful on your part which is spineless. You have also made me jump through unnecessary hoops when that was not required. You should be ashamed of yourself. You also have the gall to tell people from Australia how our laws work, when you do not live here yourself, how patronising . I would never use your service again and I would recommend anyone looking for such a service looks elsewhere.

Because I had to contact you about a shipment that was delivered to your address under my name that your company didn't locate. I do alit of business international with y'all but considering to go with another company. Good thing the Merchant resent the item to me!!!

Service was very good and fast. They answered my concerns fast and they shipped it as soon as possible. Even though I didn't fill the new account papers yet, as soon as I did they were able to ship it. The only bad thing I have to say is that for shipping to QC, Canada they were only offering DHL Express which (although is very fast) is very expensive which is a bummer since I didn't really want the stuff *that* fast, I just wanted the stuff to arrive and I'm usually pretty patient. I don't know if maybe they could have offered normal shipping (just tracked without the express stuff) but it wasn't available in the options from the web menu. Hope they add this option in the future. Other than that everything was smooth and stress-free, recommended if you're buying lots of stuff from Europe which is a lot cheaper than in NA. Even with the dual shipping (one from the shop and one from the forwarder) it still ended up being cheaper than buying "locally" in NA for me.
