They are very reliable, they ship your packages as soon as you make payments, but the prices for shipping is a bit to stip at times , especially when you are shipping small items, its like you are paying triple your item, but when you want your item what can you do, apart from that everything is good.

You’re kept informed every step of the way regarding where your package is from the warehouse until it reaches your doorstep. Convenient and very easy to use for imports from Europe. I trust no other company. They even have addresses for other countries!

Where to even begin….I have been using this service for a while now and I have had a terrible experience . 9 out of 10 deliveries end up with one problem or another. It is a huge pain to deal with customer service going back and forth over email with days between responses. I almost always pay to combine and repack yet only about 25% of the time is there any packing material used or care taken to repack my items. I have had 4 packages lost, one of which was never found. Even when things are clearly damaged due to poor repacking the company has yet to accept any fault in the numerous times this has damaged my products. I would strongly discourage others from using this company based on my experience so far.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service we offer, I see you seem happy with the responses our Customer Services have provided you even giving them a good rating.
I understand that you are receiving a number of second hand items which sometimes arrive with us poorly packaged, some with cosmetic damage. Please be assured that our staff are trained to repack goods so they are safe and secure for international transit however we are unable to be responsible for damage to package before they arrive with us.
I'm sorry to hear some of your packages have been lost, we have a very robust tracking system for packages, they are tracked from the receipt at our door until they are dispatched via the courier. From time to time due to human error we do have some parcels that are misplaced however on the rare occasion that this does happen we would ensure that customers are fully compensated for their loss.
Its disappointing to hear that you are recommending that other customers do not use our service, I see that over the last eight months you have done 26 shipments with us so I'm thinking we have done something right along the way.
I will contact you separately to this review to see if there is anything we can do to help resolve the issues you are experiencing.

Delivery was in a good timeframe, but the repacking service that I was suppled was quite poor, especially for an obviously fragile item like an old ceramic plate.

It is my second time to used Foward2me from France to the US. The original shipper used an economy shipping service and took 5 days to get to the forwarding company. Then, Forward2me shipped to me the package as soon as they received it. It was scheduled to receive within 3 days by DHL, but I received it the next day. Thank you so much for the fast service! Highly recommend this company to everyone.

Japan is a fairly new facility and have up to now only been able to offer a premium tracked door to door service with DHL however we are now offering a service with UPS and looking to add further services in the future including some budget options.
Please also keep in mind we are offering a service as well as shipping including offering an address in various countries, receiving your parcels, processing and storing them until shipping and include all the export paperwork required for customs entries.

I'm pleased to hear that you received amazing service from our Customer Services, I do understand it must have been frustrating if you weren't able to get hold of one of the team over the phone however we do offer other channels of communication via chat, whatsapp and social media where customers can contact a customer service agent more quickly to speak directly to someone.
I'm really sorry that you weren't able to forward your alcohol, I believe you are based in the USA and import restrictions are very strict for personal imports of alcohol. In the past we have tried to ship personal shipments of alcohol to your country without success, these shipments tend to be returned by US customs on receipt.
I hope this won't deter you using our services in the future for other items you are looking to purchase and ship to the USA, please feel free to check restrictions for shipping with our Customer Services before going ahead with a purchase and they will be very happy to assist you.

I've ordered twice from you and both times my box was completely smashed. I'd understand one time but both times looks like someone doesn't want me to order from this location anymore. The first box that was damaged didn't hurt what was inside but the second order smashed the items inside. So it's not worth all the extra money from me to get these items from you to have them be destroyed by the time I get them.

I have also noticed that you have not requested us to repack your goods before shipping, when shipping delicate items it is always a good idea to choose this service so we can add additional packaging before shipping. When shipping internationally packages are handled many times and domestic packaging isn't always robust enough to ship goods overseas.
