																	My baggage was returned to the place of departure and charged for international shipping because of a defective invoice. I just moved within the UK and I don't understand why I was charged for shipping to Japan. Also, when I request a refund, they do not respond at all.

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with our service on this occasion, however, as was previously advised to you, we cannot issue a refund to you for the original shipping costs that you paid with TNT as you substantially devalued the goods from your TNT shipment.
Our available courier services are not liable to refund us with the shipping costs for circumstances such as this, therefore, for all of your future shipments, we would strongly advise that you declare a true value, if your local customs office believes the goods have been devalued this will cause delays to your shipments and if you cannot provide evidence of these values when requested the goods can be seized by official or returned to the UK at extra costs.
 
We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with our services and that you have received your items in poor condition to your address.
All damage or loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as the shipment has been received so we can request the relevant images and documents from you that are relating to the goods in the shipment, so we can then proceed to determine liability for the damage and ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All damage claims must be notified by us to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days from the date FedEx accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our UK warehouse up until the date of delivery and we are no longer within the 21 days timeframe to submit a damage claim with the courier for your shipment. I can see that you did not request a repack service for your goods prior to shipping, therefore, all of your goods would have been shipped out as they were received from the original senders. I am happy to ask for one of my customer experience agents to reach out to you via email to request additional images of the damaged items so we can assess and conclude this matter further at our side for you.

																	The first time I used them, there was no problem. When I ordered the.exact same things to be forwarded, they said there was hazardous materials and had to pay the surcharge. The shipping was nearly as much as the items but I paid. They then cancelled the fedex delivery without notifying me as to why and are currently holding my package and have told me to contact customer service to find out why. I have currently put in a dispute with PayPal to get the shipping back and I will have them return the products so I can reorder and have it sent through another company. It is also interesting that they have done this on a Friday afternoon there time which ensures I wouldn't find out about it until Saturday. This is not assuring at all...
I understand that there are delays in this current state, but please be more helpful to your customers. Get some statistics and check how long shipments via DHL, FedEx, UPS take from your facility to the destination, and share your data so the customer can make an informed decision next time.
As it stands, I'll probably be using Buyandship since the delivery time is just as long, and the cost is HK$26/lbs, less than half of what is being charged with these carriers.
Also, let the customer know in advance that verification will be required. It doesn't feel good learning that my property is suddenly at risk of being discarded in your facilities.

																	Hi! I’ve recently received my parcel in Germany from UK. I’m really satisfied with the way that they handled and organize the parcel and most importantly I really liked the fact that they have security check of parcel (specially if it’s expensive) in order to see if your purchase is legal but not fraud or scam… since you give the company address for your purchase and they should of course make sure about everything (even maybe how you paid your purchase) to forward the parcel to you. Check the regulations of posting in the website because some stuff cannot be sent. That’s why it’s important to figure all these thing out before any purchase or you can contact them. 																	They have a very big problem at Germany Warehouse ,because if you arrange an incoming parcel to Germany warehouse  via DHL (Deutche Post) most probably  25% of these parcels would be retruned to original sender and F2Me did not take any responsiblity and did not try to solve this issue .
