I am pleased to hear that you feel our services and processes are easy and fast.
I have looked further into your concerns relating to the shipping services and available prices compared to what you are shown from our pricing page and what you are shown from your account when you process your final shipment and based on the final dimensions and weight of your package you were charged the correct shipping prices and available services for your package at the time of shipping.
I can only presume that you may have not filled out your full shipping address in Cyprus on the calculator page for the quote, that the wrong dimensions and weights may have been inputted by you at the time when you originally obtained a shipping quote from the cost calculator page on our website and then the package ended up being a lot bigger in size when it finally arrived to our UK warehouse for final shipping from your account which would have caused the differences in the shipping prices and courier services available to you.
I can see that the chargeable weight for your package that was shipped with TNT Economy would have been based on the volumetric weight (size) of the package (5 kg) rather than the actual weight of the goods in the package (0.82 kg) as this was the greater weight and this can also make a difference to the final shipping prices and available services offered at the time of shipping.
Please also note that volumetric weight, sometimes referred to as dimensional weight, is a measure used by couriers to set the price of shipping items which are large in volume but relatively light in weight. Volumetric Weight is what determines the price of the shipping service. Volumetric Weight is calculated differently by service. DHL calculate it by taking the volume (height*length*width) of a parcel and dividing it by 5000. DHL provide an online tool for calculating Volumetric Weight.
Combine and repacking may be a better option dependent on the size of the packaging and if there is a lot of room for it to be decreased as this will mean the volumetric weight has been reduced.
A service where we open all your packages and repack your goods into fewer, smaller packages. Where the Chargeable Weight has been determined by the Volumetric Weight it is a good idea to combine and repack your items into fewer packages to reduce costs and eliminate the risk of individual boxes going missing. We provide information to assist you in making this decision. Some services – e.g. DPD - do not charge for volume which makes them very cost effective for bulky items but they require everything to be in a single box. Combining and repacking is required before shipping multiple items with such a service.

I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied in relation to the GST invoice process through our services.
The New Zealand government introduced GST laws which were effective from 1st December 2019. A Goods and Service Tax (GST) is applied to all sales of Low Value Goods (LVG) imported into New Zealand.
Therefore we are obliged to collect 15% GST on both items with a value of $1000 NZD or less and the shipping service provided.
If you have a registered Business Account number which is registered for GST, this number can be registered on your account, once approved we will not need to charge GST on any of your shipments, the transactions will need to be declared on your usual return to the New Zealand Tax Office.
