I am very upset :(
So the website offers a few shipping companies, and even though everything arrived earlier than i thought, it does not tell you what payment the shipping company accepts. I only got my items after a stranger paid for me (and i paid them back) to get my items after import stuff, because they only accepted online banking and credit cards, and not Paypal and it wasn't mentioned on the website. I would have had to send my items back and then I would never receive my money back.

The service works but its really expensive and you have to pay tolls anyway, meaning I often end up not buying an item because the price ends up being three or four times as expensive. Is it really worth it? Most times it probably isn`t.

A) How about not lying to potential customers, by under quoting their rates. Its called bait & switch and is illegal in this country - They are way too expensive to ever use them again.

We're sorry to hear that you feel that you have been lied to. The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
As we cannot see any communication between us and yourself, we can only assume that you have checked our price calculator, the price calculator is accurate but can only quote on the details you input.
Your package had dimensions of 24x11x8 with a weight of 0.2kg if you check this information on our price calculator you will see that the price quoted matches your shipping fee.

I had no problem having my orders sent to the UK warehouse and my packages were immediately uploaded to my account. Having my orders repacked and shipped was also very quick and I received my package to the U.S. in just a few days! I just wish the shipping costs were lower or given me an option to pay in my local currency.

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in our available services for sending larger items, I believe you are referring to items that require palletising due to their size and weight.
Due to your destination country we can only offer an air freight service for forwarding pallets, we no longer offer sea freight due to the number of issues caused when shipping via this method. We understand this can increase the costs of shipping, however when looking at the bigger picture, this keeps our customers goods as safe as possible when shipping and helps avoid additional unexpected fees.
Regarding the replies from customer service, I am sorry to hear this has been taking longer than usual. When obtaining pallet shipment quotes it can take longer than usual due to it being more of a manual process, we cannot obtain these quotes through our site directly and must contact our external shippers. This extra step of communication can cause a delay and I do apologise if this caused you any inconvenience.

The price of forwarding a small item was disproportionately high as compared to other services.

All courier services will have a minimum package charge, from the UK this is only 0.5kg however shipping from Guernsey the minimum package charge is 5kg meaning that any package with a chargable weight of under 5kg will be charged at this rate.
