does exactly what I thought it would - and they didn't try to burn you on the postage costs - in fact they helped reduce it by repacking the item ...BONUS!

You need to have more shipping and options (without have to contact the sender) and prices.

Great service..1st parcel arrived missing an item but it could not be proved who was at fault,the supplier or F2me. Second parcel was 100% and arrived speedily. Overall a great service!

I found the service Excellent, very helpful and I would recommend to others. I just find the service a little expensive because the way you calculate the weight and size. Other then that Perfect.

I rate them excellent because of several things:
1. Incredibly fast written answers (and to the point) to mailed questions.
2. My package was inspected and mailed in a good secured bag.
3. The status-updates and tracking information were accurate.
4. Shipped after they received my payment on forwarding, same day!
Their prices are okay for me, because I value speed and service.

I used forward2me to ship a pair of shoes from a uk online order site to Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to joining forward to me I had browsed other mail forwarding sites and was reasonably aware of the pros & cons of each and approx prices.
My experience with forward to me pretty much reflected what I had read beforehand from other users. In a nutshell, fast, reliable but expensive.
I was able to track the status of my package, initially with the f2me depot and then through DNL. Basically, I would say forward to me "is what it is". If you want something from overseas that is not available locally and you're prepared to pay quite a bit more to get it then f2me is a good service. I would think that the current model would make the most sense if you were forwarding small, light but high value items. For lower value items the cost is prohibitive.

Great service, although I thought there was going to be a question over weight of the package. Actual weight was 7kgs, but your dispatch note said 9kgs. As it was I understand I was charged for 7kgs, so all is well.
