Very fast and great service! But I think it could get even better if we could chose between the different shipping options as we are about to pay. Or you could include other shipping costs in the mail so we wouldn't have to ask for it.

Thanks for your feedback - your views are very important to us. We plan to introduce this on our website in the future, but as a relatively new company we haven't quite got there yet. We look forward to receiving parcels for you in the future. Kind Regards, James

Really excellent service, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to others. I am not sure if it is possible, but I would appreciate if my e.mail invoice (prior to forwarding my parcel(s) would include itemized costings - e.g. The cost of the Shipment service and a separate cost that goes to your service and other costs if any. Thank you. Kind regards - Herman

Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate your views. When consolidation charges and insurance charges are included then these will be itemized separate to your shipping costs. We look forward to receiving more parcels for you in the future. Kind Regards, James

Excellent service, great communications and would not hesitate to recommend Forward2me to all.

Excellent delivery rate, but very expensive.

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you find our service is very expensive. If you would like us to look into other shipping options for you such as Royal Mail then please let us know. Alternatively, we can consolidate parcels for you to help reduce your shipping costs. If you require any more information then please get in touch. Kind Regards, James

(Sorry for the very late answer.) Can you tell me more about the other shipping options that are cheaper? And how I can specify how I choose them when I want a package to be sent from you to me?

The service they provided me with, particularly with my slightly unusual situation was simply excellent. However, I was left very surprised by the shipping costs due to the 'volumetric' calculation used. I think forward2me could do a better job of explaining this concept in their FAQ as I certainly wasn't ordering a pillow so didn't expect it to be relevant to me.

Many thanks for your feedback - we really appreciate your views. Following your feedback we have re-visited our FAQ page to make the volumetric weight explanation more clear to our customers. Kind Regards, James

The service from Forward2me was excellent - what was not so good was the service from DHL who took 5 days to deliver the package in Dublin.

Thanks for your feedback - we really appreciate your views. We're sorry to hear that the delivery of your item took longer than expected - we've looked into this for you and DHL attempted delivery but unfortunately there was nobody home to sign for the parcel. Kind Regards, James

Shipping is super fast and from my history of orders, the service is very secure and trustworthy!!!
