I was extremely surprised at how quickly my package came in. I was also surprised at the competence, having paid the fee a week and a half after tey confirmed that they had the package. They immediately sent it out without hesitation and it made the transatlantic flight to my porch in the middle of the continent in only two days. I was baffled at how quickly it got here.

Postage time was outstanding, however i was told i wouldnt be charged a consolidation fee but i was.. The overall expense including the consolidation fee was painfully expensive to say the least. Ive read alot of feedback about the expensive postage costs from other consumers and forward2mes reply is all lip service.. if ur serious about reducing the cost dont say ur gonna do it or that ur conducting a review, actually do something hello??

After using a terrible experience using a Maltese Uk forwarding service, Forward2Me were a breath of fresh air. Lightning fast response, excellent customer service with prompt and extremely courteous replies to e-mails but most importantly hassle free.
My last shipment was a consolidation of parcels from different sources, which I received next day, all wrapped individually in bubble wrap and packed extremely well. Can't ask for more, really. Don't risk incurring lost / broken items and the grief of poor customer service to save a few pennies, use Forward2Me and you'll certainly won't regret it!

Service was fast and reliable,but there's a negative side,a bit expensive for small packages. Paid 45£ for my goods and 46£ for the postage. Overall: Happy with the service,i would recommend!

I had the pleasure of dealing with James this time around (and a little bit with Tracy, too), and I must say that forward2me has an all around fantastic team! There were some small hiccups with this order (not due to forward2me, I should add), and both James and Tracy did a wonderful job of keeping me in the loop. Not to mention that they're always friendly and communicate excellently via email -- I'm never left guessing about what is up with my packages.

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us - your comments are really important to us.<br/><br/>We pride ourselves in getting your shipments out to you in a safe, secure and professional manner using our door to door tracked service.<br/>Our staff also take a lot of pride in their work and spot things that could/maybe go wrong and go out of their way to rectify them to ensure the shipment arrives at your door in the condition that you would expect.<br/><br/>On this occasion the fridge was originally put on a standard size pallet but the price was worked out on the size of the pallet as required by our shippers/couriers. As soon as this was realized one of the team volunteered to make a pallet to fit the item (took the pallet home and prepared it in his own time). A lot of time was put into this to ensure this shipment arrived safely in Australia with no hassle what so ever to you the customer. <br/><br/>To sum up we appreciate your kind comments and the suggestions for the website. Whilst the original price was a little mistake on our part we thank you for taking the time to let us know that you appreciated what we did for you.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Operations Director.

Great service. Had a problem with the original packaging so they repackaged it at no cost. Item arrived really fast, thank you.
Only suggestion I can make is have a note somewhere on the website that the original packaging may not be good enough to ship overseas and any additional packaging will increase the size and so increase the shipping cost. This happened to me and the original £380 shipping cost went up to 650. I would have liked to have been informed of the additional cost _before_ the extra packaging was done. They honored the original quote so It was was fine, but a quick email beforehand could have sorted the problem out. I appreciate they wanted to do the best packing job so I didn't complain if it arrived busted so full marks for that. I probably would have been fine with the original packaging because any damage enroute would have been covered by DHL.
I was shipping a under bench fridge to australia so its probably not going to come up that often anyway.
A difficult situation that was handled in a way that is a credit to forward2me. Not many companies I have dealt with are as good.

The idea of this service is excellent.. although is a bit expensive but It worths when you can't buy direct an item. .although dhl is reliable it took a whole week to deliver the item. Maybe you include other options of delivery also . Thanks
