Although I've only used the service on two occassions, it has been prompt and expectations were met. Packaging was satisfactory and the goods arrived undamaged.

However, it's a VERY pricey service which definitely discourages me from using it. Where possible I try to rather make my own arrangements using friends and courier services.

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us - it's really appreciated. We're pleased to hear that we met your expectations on service and timeliness. On the pricing you have paid for an Express Door to Door, Tracked delivery service. We deal with all repacking and making your parcel safe and secure for international shipping. We put together all the Export paperwork that is required by your Country and deal with any queries/requests until the parcel arrives in safe hands at your door. We can provide other cheaper methods of delivery but these have absolutely no guarantees. We hope this all helps to give you an understanding with regard to the level of service provided by forward2me. We hope we can be of assistance to you in the future. Janet Grundy Operations Director

You still only do a courier service; more than a year ago you said you were looking at other options. Air mail would do me just fine - I'm just looking for someone to send me on stuff that can't be mailed directly. I don't need it super quick, or super expensively.

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us - it's much appreciated. We now have lots of other options available but they are just not live on the site at this stage. We are working hard to be able to fulfill this for you., In the meantime please get in touch if you want us to use any other courier service or the Post Office. Hope this all helps and we look forward to looking after more parcels for you. Kind Regards, Janet Grundy Operations Director

Excellent service but in my case expensive shipping cost

Many thanks for your kind feedback - much appreciated. It's really good to hear that you think that we provide an excellent service. We can provide a Post Office service for low value, small items but this is completely not guaranteed. Transit times can sometimes be up to 6 weeks and facilitates the extra worry of 'am I ever going to receive my parcel?' It's not recommended but can be done at the your/customers risk. We look forward to looking after your parcels again soon. Kind Regards, Janet Grundy Operations Director

I am glad that I find 'forwar2me' delivery service, Great service! The communication is always pleasant. They are professional and their service is quick. Moreover they combine the postage which is a plus considering that other similar services does not offer this option. Because that the suppliers of shopping items that i'd ordered on Amazon doesn't deliver the items in The Netherlands, I've searched on Google for a Postorder box and found the excellent service of Forward2Me.
I'd contact with the helpdesk of forward2me before that the items arrived that i really like to get the 3 items i'd ordered on Amazon combined and send with normal mail not with DHL.

With in a few minutes i'd got a message that they combine the orders at my request in one parcel and send it without guarantee also at my own request.

In other words, I really like Forward2Me, a great and really fast service.
In het Nederlands, Forward2Me is niet het goedkoopste, maar geeft wel een geweldige en snelle dienstverlening ten opzichten van andere forwarding dienstverleners. Geweldig ga zo door Forward2Me!

Excellent service and very fast delivery. I ordered a 7.1 speaker set. Set was packed (maybe already by the store ). Delivery was very fast. Two days after payment, and delivery company gave an exact delivery time. Cost was less than expected based on the calculator, but a little more than the estimated cost.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us with your feedback - we really appreciate your comments. We're pleased to hear that you found our service excellent with a fast delivery. It's very difficult when providing you with a quotation unless we have the actual dimensions of the shipment - we do our best to reduce the size of the package if possible to reduce the shipping costs.
