Delighted with the service, but the cost of the courier service was horrific. Had I known what that cost would be before we ordered the goods we would not have gone through with the transaction. This is no fault of Forward2me, but I will be very wary in future. The goods cost £89 and the courier some £123 !!

Very pleased with the quick delivery times and the response times to my various Email enquiries. I'd like to see some cheaper postage options, for instance something between the tracked/prompt delivery and the alternative untracked, 6wk delivery would be ideal.

In my previous feedback I had complaint about the shipping prices applied by 'forward2me' and had asked whether Royal Mail Services could be applied.
Forward2me people immediately and very kindly responded to me about my query. And they have offered me Royal Mail Services too.
But even Royal Mail Services were still too expensive as they have quoted. I am making this comparison with my individual purchasing and shipment experiences using the same Royal Mail Services from U.K. I can say the same more so for their DHL shipments as well.
In short, whether it is DHL Worldwide Express or Royal Mail Services shipping prices deducted by 'forward2me' is very high.

Postage rate resulted in delivery costs being much higher than the cost of the item that was forwarded to me. Very disappointed.
Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us , your comments are really important to us.<br/>We realise that pricing can be a sensitive issue but wanted to try and put this in context for you.<br/>To give you an example, the cost for us to ship say a ladies purse (cost ~ £10)is the same as the cost to ship an Iphone (cost~£500). For most people shipping an Iphone is excellent value for money but in the case of the purse, some customers will decide it's not good value.<br/>Sometimes bulky but light items can give customers the same feeling of the service being expensive but when put in context perhaps isn't.<br/>Again for example the cost of shipping 10 books costing ~£200 could be the same as the cost to ship something light but bulky like cushions, cost~£20. The cushions would take up more room in the aeroplane, although a lot lighter than the books.<br/>In these given situations customers quite often choose to consolidate multiple items into one shipment in order to improve the overall value of shipping. Fundamentally the determination of value is with each customer for each shipment.<br/>As part of the shipping process we open every package to ensure it's legal to ship, generate export paperwork,pay the courier and also pay our team of employees a reasonable salary.<br/>We hope this all helps and you will continue to use forward2me.<br/>Have a great day.<br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet.
