This is my second time using their service - fast and reliable. The only downside is their partnership with DHL Malaysia. I need to point out to Malaysian buyers that DHL Malaysia is ripping off their customers. I was charged custom duties for items valued lesser than RM 500. I checked with their customer service team and they just gave all sorts of excuses.
Also please be aware that they (DHL) might not deliver directly to your home address. My last parcel was sent to my house via Pos Laju! So please check with DHL Malaysia first before you make your payment to forward2me.
Forward2me has other shipping options available for you so please get in touch with them. I strongly suggest RoyalMail (cons: must not exceed a certain weight). Other than the DHL fiasco everything else is fine. I will continue to support forward2me in the long run.

I have ordered a scope body, which was nicely packed untill Forward2me received it. You have opened the box to put a flyer in it. After that you closed the box with one piece of tape, which only covered one (main) seam (I dont know the proper word in english). By closing the box improperly there was a chance that water/rain could enter the box along the edges of the box. These edges were sealed/closed with tape when you received my shipment. I don't want that the scope makes contact with water or any fluids!!!
I don't appreciate that you have opened the box. If you want to add a flyer, you should put it in an envelop and stick it on the box.

Fees + shipping turned out twice as high as I had anticipated, and twice as high as the calculator on their website said they would be. I did have to use the Personal Shopping service though (which isn't included in the calculator -- please add that to the calculator as an option too!) because the website I was buying from didn't accept international Credit Cards, but I didn't expect it would cost that much extra for a simple one item order!
Delivery speed and communication were fine though (although I never got a tracking number), but I'm unlikely to use this service again in the future.

There are separate costs for the Personal Shopper service which is described here when you submit the detail for the purchase https://www.forward2me.com/personal-shopper/new<br/>It is also detailed again when you receive the invoice for this service.<br/>A good example is going into a restaurant for a meal; you order your main course and then you decide to have a dessert. The last two times i used forward2me, they added a very small gift in the packaging (eg. a small chocolate egg, as it was easter time). That small gesture was highly appreciated. However, they did not include any kind of similar suprise this time. So thumbs down for that....
Just kidding. They are excellent all over the place. Responding fast in any query and are showing honest interest in any problems you might have with your purchase. Remember to always allow them to repackage your stuff. They do it very well, so i suppose they must be very good Tetris players!

I'm a big disappointed at how high the fees are. The concept is great, but the cost of the service is pretty steep. The packages do arrive quickly, but I feel like I would rather pay a significant amount less and have my package arrive a week or two later.
We use the service as part of our business when we want to purchase something in the UK and have shipped to the United States. It is almost cost prohibitive to continue using the service and sourcing inventory in the UK because of the steep cost. Can you please evaluate a cheaper/slower alternative? I'm sure speed isn't the #1 preference among a large portion of your US customers...

Totally amazing! Tracy is most friendly and provided the best care towards my items. I am very grateful indeed for such excellent service. Initial postage was a shock at first, but then when combined more stuffs, it really is very reasonable. Thus my advise to others, combine as much as possible and you'd be amazed at how much you have saved!
