Service is very good if a bit expensive for small packet but I'm happy with the service.

The shipping costs include the processing, repackaging for international transit and all export paperwork involved in shipping your parcel. Many of our customers use our consolidation service to save costs on shipping. If you are looking to make multiple purchases we can hold all your parcels until you have finished your shopping and add them all to one shipment. Convenient and...expensive.

Many thanks for providing us with your feedback, this is very important to us. We're really pleased that you found our service convenient albeit the shipping costs were more than expected. The service we provide is a premium, tracked, door to door service however if you are looking to ship small lower value parcels we are able to offer a standard mail service with no tracking or delivery guarantees. Alternatively we do offer a consolidation service which is cost effective to use if you are looking to make multiple purchases. We hold all your packages until you have finished your shopping and then add them all to one shipment to save on shipping costs. Quite expensive but faster, at least the VAT should be include in the original price. From the payment late one week exactly to Spain.

I used the personal shopping and shipping service! I got Zara clothes delivered to Australia. I am so happy with the service, it was quick and efficient! I would definitely use forward to me again! It is quite expensive but it was worth it! The goods were here in super fast time and obv in great condition.
