The service was excellent except for two things: 1) I would have appreciated if got the option of getting my package delivered to a servicepoint rather than to my home. As most other people i work during the day and home delivery allways results in me being forced to leave my job early to drive to another city to collect the parcel at the DHL terminal (to make DHL change delivery address seems impossible).
2) I used the forward2me address that, according to my instructions, indicated that I did not want an insurance. Nevertheless, I was informed that I had chosen the insurance alternative and was instructed to pay for that.
Otherwise I feel that the forwarding went smoothly and I will certainly use the service again.

Forward to me is fast in delivery and customer service. The only thing I wish is more delivery options for user, honestly speaking the delivery to my country here is quite expensive if the only option is DHL, otherwise perfect.

Poster was put on consignment mobile number wrong, I did not know the arrival of the shipment, my mobile number was true in my (forward2me), I hope not to repeat Malk in the coming times.

It was very fast and efficient way for the ordered goods to be shipped to Malta. Very good communication between the customer and your office representatives. No problem with consolidating few deliveries into one shipment. Well done :)

They came up with an alternative way of sending as the DHL shipping was too expensive to justify for just a t-shirt. Received in good order.

I was extremely surprised at how quickly my package came in. I was also surprised at the competence, having paid the fee a week and a half after tey confirmed that they had the package. They immediately sent it out without hesitation and it made the transatlantic flight to my porch in the middle of the continent in only two days. I was baffled at how quickly it got here.

Postage time was outstanding, however i was told i wouldnt be charged a consolidation fee but i was.. The overall expense including the consolidation fee was painfully expensive to say the least. Ive read alot of feedback about the expensive postage costs from other consumers and forward2mes reply is all lip service.. if ur serious about reducing the cost dont say ur gonna do it or that ur conducting a review, actually do something hello??

We are sorry if we have not fulfilled a promise i.e. charging you a consolidation fee when we said we wouldn't. If this is the case please can I assure you that it is a genuine error and we would like to be given the opportunity to put it right. Please get in touch with us through the website. We're not sure that we've said anywhere that we are going to reduce the costs or carry out a review.. All we can say is that we are going to be offering other shipping options in the near future in response to our customer feedback. We are currently offering other shipping options through e-mail if you prefer to use any other than DHL. We are a relatively young company and the reason for them not being available on the website is because the web developers are not quite there yet.. After using a terrible experience using a Maltese Uk forwarding service, Forward2Me were a breath of fresh air. Lightning fast response, excellent customer service with prompt and extremely courteous replies to e-mails but most importantly hassle free.

My last shipment was a consolidation of parcels from different sources, which I received next day, all wrapped individually in bubble wrap and packed extremely well. Can't ask for more, really. Don't risk incurring lost / broken items and the grief of poor customer service to save a few pennies, use Forward2Me and you'll certainly won't regret it!

The customs regulations and duties and taxes payable are different in each country depending on the type of product and quantity so it’s very difficult to be able to say what these will be – please contact your local customs department for more information. You should mention that forwarding to countries cost how much and also customs duties to be mentioned for each country if any.
