Totally amazing! Tracy is most friendly and provided the best care towards my items. I am very grateful indeed for such excellent service. Initial postage was a shock at first, but then when combined more stuffs, it really is very reasonable. Thus my advise to others, combine as much as possible and you'd be amazed at how much you have saved!

I was looking for a forwarding service to India, and found forward2me through web search. I recently got an item shipped through them, and found the service extremely professional, well managed, custoner centric with amazingly fast response time to the queries. I got my item delivered in two days from UK to India. Will definately use the services again.

Would be better if someone was available to do personal shopping on saturdays. I buy tennis shoes that limited from Nike, and they release Saturday morning. By Monday they are not available.

The only trouble is that freight costs using DHL are very high. I recently bought a couple of photobooks and the freight was more expensive than the books.

Fully reliable! I'd like to leave a point to improve: before DHL deliver the parcel to me, they tried to contact in my home phone number, but I was working and in any moment they called to my cell phone which I'd answer in the same time. Because of this, there was a second try of deliver attempt which worked it out. And in my profile there is my cell phone number. It Should have an option to choose the preferred phone number (cell or home).

..nothing less than an excellent service. In a total of 3 days from the purchase date, i had my order from the UK Google Play Store (Nexus 5) in my hands in Greece. Especially the re-packaging of the goods was done with extreme caution in order to avoid any unnecessary bumps along the way. +1 Forward2Me.

Wonderful service. Item was repacked well and forwarded via courier much faster than I expected. Although postage quite expensive, it is well worth it considering the careful packing, the expedited delivery and the fact that I now have an item I really wanted that the seller wouldn't ship internationally. Will definitely be using this service again and would recommend it to anyone. Five star!

The company and service is good. However we were charged £25 to send a DVD from UK to Greece. The normal postage cost would have been about £2. we felt this price was extortionate and we were not informed of the cost prior to shipping or given any alternatives. for this reason we won't be using the company again.

Delivery is excellent but cost of shipping to Malaysia is so expensive via DHL. Should improve on the cost.

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us and for giving us the opportunity to respond when we weren't aware that you were unhappy when we shipped your items. Our sequence of events is: 1. You kindly let us know that you had made a purchase of some perfume before it arrived at your UK address. 2. At this stage we advised you that Perfumes are classed as Dangerous Goods and attract a surcharge of £15 to be able to ship them to you in Greece. We offered to return them to the retailer on arrival if you didn't want to pay this surcharge. 3. We received an e-mail from you stating that you were happy to ship with this surcharge. 4. To maintain this surcharge at a minimum of £15 we used the Road service. If we were to use the Air service for Dangerous Goods the surcharge would have been £65 (something that all/most couriers charge for shipping Dangerous Goods). 5. Our records show no disgruntlement with the charge applied or any signs of being reluctant to ship. Please be assured that if you had let us know at this point we would have reacted accordingly. We apologise once again that you were unhappy but we were completely transparent with the pricing and offered you a ‘get out clause’ i.e. we could return it to the retailer for you. If you don't wish to use our services again we are more than happy to refund your registration fee. You'll be pleased to know that your comments and our response are visible on the Feefo website. This is the first and the last time i use "forward2me". I ordered a 50ml fragrance together with a 150ml body lotion, that costed 53 euros to buy it.
I was obliged to pay 83 euros more just to get it because it is considered to be "dangerous" item.
I think that this transaction is a clear robbery. It is a total disgrace and i will never use "forward2me" again as long as i live. I already have told everyone i know to avoid this company's services.
I know that my coments will never be publiced and i will stop any future transaction with UK. I already have searched and found US companies that forward items to Greece with logical cost. I am very sorry that UK companies belive that foreign consumers are tottaly retarded and idiots...
