A bit too expensive, but the shipped the parcel to me the same day (after a couple of hours in fact) the received it, and the next working day it was with me.
For a latest-technological-stuff-dependent like me, it's well worth an extra price for having your gadget before anyone.

Service was good but with a slight delay due to me not knowing the next steps along the way which wasn't made clear to me. It semed that I needed to drive the passage of the goods which I wasn't aware of. Otherwise, apart from being a little expensive, it was good.

They handle the parcel very well and professional. It arrived at the address with no damage. I am pleased with their services, but do have a little comment in their offer of prices for their parcels. They should also offer a cheaper option of delivery for their customers as some time due to weight and price of items it ends up you paying way more for the delivery than it's worth.

I think the service is excellent and allows us ex-pats the opportunity to shop in the UK where the choices are larger and certainly cheaper. Very few UK companies will send their goods abroad so therefore you have certainly cornered a niche in the market. Well done you. Your prices are competative!!!
My order arrived intact without any breakages. Thank-you.
My only negative point is the use of Dhl as the courier as they don't deliver direct to this island and my package was, according to their tracker in Athens, for over 5 days. It was then transferred to a local courier for delivery. However, saying that, DHL did ring me up and advise me of the delivery date.
I was impressed with your correspondance and ease of use. Your staff were courteous and friendly.
My initial order was a "trial" one and I was impressed.
I certainly WILL be using you again in the not to distant future.

I am very happy with the service I have received from forward2me. Their shipping prices are reasonable, and I received both orders from the UK to the US in only a few days. Also, when one of my orders was mixed up with another person's, their customer service representative was courteous and responsive and helped solve the issue very quickly.

Really very convenient and easy to use. I had no dramas with the whole process which was just excellent. I wish you had some lower cost shipping options though. I don't actually need the things i ordered delivered to me in 2-3 days. If i could save some of the shipping fees, i would use the service more often as the savings that i get from buying things in the UK when they are discounted is lost with the shipping costs.
