For example shipping two parcels with a weight of 0.5 kg each could cost £27.58 for each parcel with a total shipping cost of £55.16. If the customer consolidated these into one 1 kg shipment the cost would be £30.44 + £6 consolidation fee totalling £36.44. Excellent communication and very fast shipping. They prove was a little steep about $50USD for a pair of trainers that weighted about 1kg but I guess the prices are determined by industry standards. However, I would highly recommend and will definitely use their services in the future again. A+

Excellent service and F2Me made an otherwise impossible task into an everyday operation.
I needed a non-oem part for my 28-year-old Monster bike, an 86 Yamaha Fazer 750. After googling for 7 hours, I found that the only place on the planet that had the needed part in stock was in Belgium, and that company would not ship westward beyond the UK.
While it took 7 days for the part to get from Belgium to London, F2Me got it from London to my front porch--in the middle of the USA--in only 2 days!! Whoa!
Better still, F2Me shipped for a lower cost than it would have cost me to make the same shipment, likely because they ship so many packages.
What a good idea, and what a great company; they provide an excellent service while saving the customer money! They get a 5-Wow!-rating for customer astonishment, not just satisfaction, but astonishment. RListon

Overall I had a bad experience - it's NOT because of forward2me but it's with DHL Malaysia.
They did not provide service to my shipping address and they will simply redirect your shipment using P.Laju. No efforts were taken from their side to look into the matter considering my neighborhood is a new residential area with valid postal code!
Potential buyers please DO NOT use DHL if you're purchasing using the courier services offered by forward2me. I assume the other couriers offered are better than the crappy service you will get from DHL.
With regards to forward2me, their service has been excellent. Good communication from all their reps. The downside is the fact it is expensive and in my case, I paid a lot for nothing but headaches due to DHL Malaysia.
A personal thank you goes to James for looking into my issue and doing a splendid job following up.

Your service is excellent, and I can't fault the speed in getting my stuff to me. I only wish you offered an economy option as well. There are some times where speed is not so important, but price is. Particularly for small or low-value items, it's not worth buying in the UK given the cost of forwarding it.

Used Forward2me for the second time now and was very satisfied again.
Through mail I opted for DHL Express instead of DHL standard, it only costed 3 GBP more. The package arrived within 2 days, SUPER ! Would have been handy if I could have selected this faster shipping option through the website instead of mail.
