The service was great. Lighting fast shipping. I used the "Personal Shopper" feature to purchase some gifts from UK that was too expensive to ship back to the USA through them. I'm happy I choose F2M as it was a easy and swift process. The prices are on the high end but they do provide high end service!

I already shared my experience with you and got immediate feedback. Here is it! I would like to thank everybody at your prestigious company for their time and effort. I could summarize my first experience with you as a great. I will actually deal with again and again. Here are some feedback points:
The shipping price is a little bit high. If you could offer other cheaper alternatives, it will add more benefits to us. Regardless of that, I got my items in just three days which is superb.
If you could automate consolidation service, it will ease your work and let us know status of our shipment on time.
Automate entering costs of our items etc will be good as well.
Your response time is highly appreciated. It is a split second reply.

Great service, however the postage costs are incredibly high and as a result it is prohibitive to use forward2me unless it is something rare or important.

I would like a cheaper shipping option, as not everything I order needs courier service, UK Royal Mail also provides a service to Europe that, although slower, is sometimes more cost efficient for heavier or bulkier items.

Consolidation charge: £6 for the second and subsequent parcel up to package 6 and £1 thereafter.
I think £6 consolidation charge for up to next 6 parcels and £1 thereafter should be fair price, because the amazon shipping cost to germany £5.20 directly.

There was a small rip in one box when it arrived but the goods were in good shape and had not fallen out. I would have hoped someone would have taped over this hole but this was not done. Otherwise the shipment arrived and all was well.

Fantastic customer service and very helpful! Fast response to any questions even from my silly simple ones. If you have any doubts or questions, just ask. They will certainly help you as much as they can.
Fast shipping from DHL but slightly expensive. BUT! I expected this as I am paying for a premium tracked door-to-door service. It arrived from UK to my home in less than a week! Do your research, take note on volumetric weight, and use their pricing calculator. They do offer another low-cost shipping option, just ask, but I did not opt for this option as I want my item to arrive ASAP.
Great personal shopper experience! Quick and easy thing to do by using their online system. Simple and easy to use service. This attracts a administration service, which I expected. Again, research.

What an amazing service. I had won some prizes from Microsoft's UK division and they would only ship them locally. Ran to Google for some help and found Forward2Me. They waited for all my packages to gather up gave me a discount and shipped it straight to my house. They shipped it faster to my place then Microsoft shipped it to them! Amazing services.
