I originally signed up with MY US and they gave me the address of forward to me while my account was still being set up, after using the address, MY US could not find my parcel or tell me anything about what was going on with it. I thought I had lost it. So I signed up to forward to me online and discussed what I had done with a very helpful lady, sent through proof of purchases etc and they were able to quickly locate my package and it was showing in my account the next day. Forward to me really have their stuff together, I was surprised how quickly and easily they were able to track my item down. I was dreading that it might be misplaced or lost along the way because I didn't have an official account with them, but nope, it was so easy and straight forward, I can't say enough nice things about this company. Will 100% be using them again when I need any other items sent from the UK.

First time forwarding anything so I'm not experienced with freight forwarding.
I found their website so easy I felt as if I was missing something. Their information when items arrived was thorough, and picking a shipping option and payment method was incredibly easy as well.

Very good service for overseas customers.
Excellent response to queries - Aimee was very helpful. Reasonable price, fast shipping and the package arrived as expected.
However, it is worth noting that the shipping price calculator does not include VAT, therefore the real price is always higher than the estimation.

I ordered from a Uk based stored to ship to France. Because a cyber incident at the Royal Mail, my package was delayed. Customer service were very helpful in providing information and my package was delivered just a few days later. Would definitely use again!

It all went smoothly and I would advise potential users to make sure that every single detail of the Forward2Me address is included... I missed out a bit (because it didn't fit the address template used by the store) and had to repeat the process.

I definitely struggled a bit with the website and getting the invoice in (now know how to make an email into a pdf) so that's good! I definitely would recommend this site if you live outside of the UK. It definitely worked for me and the clothing came quickly from them once it was sent. They have good communication skills and are very helpful to getting you through the system. They are very reliable and for real so don't hesitate to use them. Good luck!

From start to finish my transactions were smooth ones. I did both the personal shopper service and having items delivered to my freight forward address, and both were quick, efficient and no problems. The price to ship to my country was not high as expected. I did business with another popular courier and Forward2me was way better than them, so sorry I did not stumble upon this company first.
Their site is easy to maneuver and they do their best to inform you of what is happening via email every step of the way.

I'm a long-time customer, and forward2me really excels in what they do. I rarely leave a review about a post-purchase experience on a website, but this time I felt compelled to do it because these days it's not too often that we get the level of service that they provide. I'm just used their service to buy a print in Japan and we got the package in less than a week. Hard to believe but that's what they did. Highly recommended.

Yet again, a very smooth experience and fantastic communication. After running in to abit of a complication one of the customer support staff was extremely helpful and patient with me and my questions. I used their services to order a mathmos lava lamp in Canada and although you have to expect it to get repackaged and pay about 150$ CAD in shipping, they are fast to proceed your item and ship it upon arrival at their warehouse and I received it in 3 days.
