I have had great success in getting my Euro items through F2Me, however, the shipping costs have gotten quite expensive.

I ordered from a Uk based stored to ship to France. Because a cyber incident at the Royal Mail, my package was delayed. Customer service were very helpful in providing information and my package was delivered just a few days later. Would definitely use again!

It all went smoothly and I would advise potential users to make sure that every single detail of the Forward2Me address is included... I missed out a bit (because it didn't fit the address template used by the store) and had to repeat the process.

I definitely struggled a bit with the website and getting the invoice in (now know how to make an email into a pdf) so that's good! I definitely would recommend this site if you live outside of the UK. It definitely worked for me and the clothing came quickly from them once it was sent. They have good communication skills and are very helpful to getting you through the system. They are very reliable and for real so don't hesitate to use them. Good luck!

From start to finish my transactions were smooth ones. I did both the personal shopper service and having items delivered to my freight forward address, and both were quick, efficient and no problems. The price to ship to my country was not high as expected. I did business with another popular courier and Forward2me was way better than them, so sorry I did not stumble upon this company first.
Their site is easy to maneuver and they do their best to inform you of what is happening via email every step of the way.

I'm a regular customer to forward2me, I needed the service in cases I needed some electrical devices that are not available on my local Amazon or other stores, Amazon UK and other UK stores have the same electrical input requirement as my area (ksa),

I'm a long-time customer, and forward2me really excels in what they do. I rarely leave a review about a post-purchase experience on a website, but this time I felt compelled to do it because these days it's not too often that we get the level of service that they provide. I'm just used their service to buy a print in Japan and we got the package in less than a week. Hard to believe but that's what they did. Highly recommended.

Yet again, a very smooth experience and fantastic communication. After running in to abit of a complication one of the customer support staff was extremely helpful and patient with me and my questions. Our shipments came in exactly as we wished with everything in perfect condition. After placing our order we expected to wait a while for everything to arrive but we did not have to wait long at all. Within only a couple weeks our forwarded product showed up.

I used their services to order a mathmos lava lamp in Canada and although you have to expect it to get repackaged and pay about 150$ CAD in shipping, they are fast to proceed your item and ship it upon arrival at their warehouse and I received it in 3 days.

The Forward2me customer service is excellent and the website easy to navigate.
I have only one complaint: Even when I have chosen the better repacking & consolidating option, the clothes in my orders have been wrinkled together and used as stuffing in the box. I would appreciate if the clothes were packed more carefully -perhaps rolled up, so that I do not have to take them to the cleaners for pressing upon arrival.

Status updates were efficient and everything arrived timely and undamaged.
However, fees were much higher than estimated due to insurance and would be good to show this in the cost estimator with clear explanation of what the carriers included coverage actually is to help decide. Insurance is also more expensive than it would be buying direct from the carrier.

Everything went smooth even though I had a mistake with the shipping address. Only thing was when they repacked my item, they didn't include the original box when they shipped my item. It was my first time using their service and didn't know about that repacking process. Would definitely use this service again in the future.
