Very good communication and tracking information. Very professional. Only comment was the cost of shipment, very high and no prior warning until my goods where recI've by forward2me.

Other than the high cost, very very good service. I guess you pay for quality so I can't complain.

Once again an excellent service. From the drop off point in Preston from the supermarket to pick up from the couriers office in a small Greek island - perfect. The UPS tracker is both informative and the people accessible and helpful. Will most definately be using again!

After the arrival of my parcel at forward2me's warehouse, they had a preliminary check of the quantity and items inside. They found a jacket and reported to me through email. However, I commented that the parcel should contain a jacket as well as a pair of trousers. Forward2me explained that they might overlook as they did not want to disturb the content of the parcel in great extent. I fully understood and accepted it. Based on this experience, I have a suggestion. Instead of stating the exact quantity and item names in the parcel, simply describing the category, e.g. garments/clothings, ornaments, household goods, etc. will be good enough to let the customers, like me, know what we order have arrived safely. More information mentioned for the parcel may create confusion to the customers if the information is not very accurate. Luckily, I found the trousers inside the parcel when I unpacked it in my place :)

Terrible. Very very slow. Goods arrived at their warehouse on 23.06.15 but were not shipped out until 29.06.15. Goods finally arrived in Italy on 02.07.15 but then took another 4 days to travel 250 km! Parcel finally arrived on 06.07.15 and many items had to be thrown away! Do not recommend for supermarket shopping.

Hi Penny. There was some delays with this supermarket shop which I would like to explain. Your shop when received was missing some customer information which meant we had to confirm who it belonged to before we could start to process. There was then another delay with a combine and repack request and some confusion regarding this service. The delay with the courier is not something we can control but we did follow up with them for an explanation. In this particular case I know there are some things we could have done better and the compensation we gave is a reflection on that. We have also offered to replace all damaged items and ship for free, which is still available to you, just let me know. <br/>Finally I have to say that this is not a typical case with a supermarket shop. We process many shops everyday and they go through smoothly, are processed on the same day and within 24hrs are with the courier for delivery. we moved countries early in the year. unfortunately, my fave stores dont ship where i live now. someone suggested a service like forward2me. i searched around and forward2me offered the cheapest forwarding service! theirs is straight forward. their website is easy to use. i got my 1st order very quickly! every step of the way is documented and i was well informed. very pleased with their service. will definitely use again!

My first experience with forwardtome.com and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I was kept timely informed from the arrival of my parcels to their warehouse to the completion of repacking to the final delivery.

Good customer service, was prompt with email replies. I have been testing different providers of shipping British groceries overseas to the States. I really like the idea of ordering from Sainsbury's, and then having it shipped to me. I thought this method would be cheaper than other providers. Unfortunately Forward2me shipping price is more expensive than others, and they don't provide cheaper options (for instance, if I don't mind it taking a few days extra to get here, I'd like the opportunity to save money on it). I did a direct item by item price comparison, including shipping, with Britishcornershop.co.uk, and they were cheaper by $15 or so. The individual items at britishcornershop are way more expensive - sometimes like twice or three times the amount. But after the lower shipping cost, they come out ahead... Not a big deal, but every dollar counts. I'd much prefer to use the forward2me service, but it is more expensive. Lastly, my order was held up at customs on the US side for eight days which was a real bummer. I know it is out of the control of forward2me, but it hasn't happened to me before and sullied the experience. I would try forward2me again if shipping was cheaper.

Untracked Budget

Forward2Me really offers first class service, but their prices are high as well. In my opinion, it is somewhat acceptable to charge a bit more when shipping goods that cost a lot via express services, but their fees for small sized and cheap items being shipped with untracked budget services are too high. If you need this kind of service, f2me is the way to go, but do not expect it to be cheap.
