nice international postage service from UK's goods. Although there's a step that misses in this service since when ordering eBay's goods, is not possible to check if everything is ok with the purchased good. In my case I ordered 2 used car headlights and unfortunately one came without 2 pieces of the headlight and right now being unable to in an easy and direct way return it.
Also could be possible to choose the shipping carrier, maybe with cheaper options.

Just received my first grocery shopping from Sainsbury's and ASDA 2 days after delivery in the UK...wow... Forward2me really knows what they are doing! Everything perfectly packed and believe me I did an extensive test with shopping glass bottles! Package was 26kgs :( All items perfectly survived the trip to Switzerland (via Germany) with DPD classic. Both Forward2me and DPD did an excellent job. Will repeat but maybe stay below 20kgs just to be safe...lol

This service is fairly expensive, but it is fast and reliable. I needed to order some books for work from a UK based nonprofit, but they just weren't equipped to send international shipments or take international payments, so I had to use the personal shopper service as well as the shipping service. Without something like this, I couldn't have gotten the books at all, so the money was worth it to me. I found a few people online who seemed to be providing similar services as individuals, but their turnaround time was much longer and I wasn't totally comfortable going through an individual instead of a company. I also want to note that I contacted Forward2me's customer service a couple of times during the process and I always got very fast answers.
There are a couple of small things I would like to see Forward2me make available. First of all, I wish you could select from different shipping options. DHL was extremely fast, but my order wasn't urgent, and I would have chosen to save a little money with a slower shipping method if I could have. Secondly, I wish that the fees on the different invoices/order pages were all labeled. After I paid for my personal shopper order, they added a second charge for the shipping they had to pay on my order, but it wasn't labeled shipping. I had to ask what it was to make sure. (The answer I got was rapid and helpful, but the charge also could have just been labelled to begin with).
These are relatively small things. I don't regret using this site to place my order, and I was impressed with the speed and customer service. The charge was high, but also fair for what was provided. Overall, I was happy. If I have to order something from the UK in the future, I will use Forward2me again. I would also recommend it to someone else.

I liked that it did what it said it would do, it was very easy and fast to get set up, and the interface was pretty straightforward. But it was missing two crucial features that I'm used to having from my US reshipping service, Shipito: #1) forward2me doesn't give me option to choose different shipping methods or carriers, and #2) forward2me doesn't allow me to submit the customs form myself. These two things combined made it much more expensive than it could have been, which makes me reluctant to use it again unless I absolutely had to.
