This was my first experience with forward2me, and to be honest I was very worried that the service would not be high quality. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was very quick and completely painless. No problems or delays, and I'm already planning my next purchase through this service.

I was surprised at the extent of the service - very impressed.
I had, without due care included a couple of items that were considered to require transport in lower temperatures. They were removed, returned to Safeway and I was not charged for causing extra work.
I should perhaps mention that of the two packed boxes, one was crushed and several tinned items inside dented. I appreciate that there is a limit to the extent of packaging that can be utilised. Fortunately no glass jars were damaged. Consequently all was well.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. My story very quickly:
Pre-ordered an iPhone 6 on launch date with a scheduled delivery for Friday 19/09 and had it shipped to their warehouse. I called them up a couple of days before the arrival for a quick estimate of the price and to see if it was possible to arrange a Saturday delivery with DHL. They were extremely nice and helpful and the shipping price was very competitive. I followed the parcel from Apple which was being delivered by UPS. Before the UPS tracking even got updated with the delivery notification, they already sent me an e-mail advising me that they received the package. I gave them a call again to make sure they would arrange the Saturday delivery. They shipped the parcel the same day and gave me the DHL tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking didn't work well that weekend and DHL wasn't able to deliver my parcel on time, but delivered it instead on Monday. Not their fault, but of course I paid an extra £36 for the express delivery. I gave them a call on Monday and they immediately got in touch with DHL and I got the £36 refund after a few minutes.
Overall I found the experience to be great with price but especially with customer service. I will definitely use their services again.

Outrageously expensive, absolute outrageous. Will be telling people not to use you and to use parcel motel instead. 28£ to ship a long sleeve tshirt?! Shocking. Absolute rip off, and parcel motel is a fiver.

Great service! I could not believe that they repacked and sent my items so quickly! The box arrived at forward2me on Tuesday and I had it in my hands in Germany on Thursday the same week!
