The service is very good - thank you. I do find the postage quite expensive, but I do not have an idea of British postage so I cannot judge on that. Thank you for making it possible to receive these goods which would have not been possible otherwise.

Extremely impressed with the service - I ordered items from a private person in the UK who only wanted to post within the UK, I got the address from Forward2Me, the items were sent late Friday using UK recorded post (i.e. signed upon delivery by Forward2Me), the package arrived at Forward2Me on Monday, got an email and paid it 30 minutes afterwards, and the package was picked up by DHL a few hours later. DHL also impressed this time and I had the package on my hands on Tuesday evening in Finland. The cost of £30 for a small-medium package was well worth it for me. Also my two questions beforehand were answered very promptly and satisfactorily.
The only thing I had trouble with was figuring out how to leave this feedback! You have to wait a week or two before you get an email asking for it, 15 days for me.

Used service on two occassions after being recommended it by my partner. Excellent service, turnaround times and prompt communication. Shipping prices can be a tad expensive although this is expected as they use premium shipping services which ensures your package is delivered the next day which is outstanding considering I live overseas from the UK! Will definitely continue to utilise the service moving forward!

Many thanks for your feedback, we really do value it.<br/><br/>I’ve investigated what we charged you. I can see that we received a book and some biscuits in two separate parcels. They were repacked into one parcel because we did not have confidence that the original packaging was sufficient to protect them on an air freight journey. Unfortunately this resulted in a greater volume than the original separate boxes. Normally the opposite happens and the volume is reduced, reducing the cost to you. <br/>Although we really had to repack for you I believe it’s possible we might have been able to do it with less volumetric weight. I’m very sorry about that and so as a gesture of goodwill I will arrange to refund you the extra cost over and above the shipping charge for the actual weight and the consolidation charge. That means the charge will be reduced to £44.80 which is less, for example, than our main UK competitor would have charged for shipping you the two separate original packages. We regularly compare our prices to other UK forwarders and believe our prices work out to be cheaper than our UK competitors in practice. I hope you’ll give us another chance.<br/><br/>I’m pleased to say our developers are working hard on improving our website which will make it more user friendly and provide much more functionality and control to our customer. We anticipate releasing this new version in the next month or two.
