Prior to using forward2me, we contacted them by email with a couple of questions and received a prompt and very detailed response which was great. so we decided to give them a try.
Our parcel arrived in their depot and we received notification within hours.
We paid the freight costs which were very reasonable that evening and the item was on its way with DHL the next day.
Great service, we would recommend Forward2me to anyone needing a parcel forwarded from the UK to Australia.

I highly recommend the forwarding services of forward2me. My latest experience regarded an antique piece of furniture. It arrived in a superb bespoke crate, safe and sound, as it was made more than 200 years ago. Excellent!

The service is four-stars. Where it misses an opportunity to be five stars is to send an automated email that the product I ordered from Italy had arrived at my address in Italy, ready to be forwarded to Australia. Unfortunately a full week passed between the package arriving at my Forward2Me address and me having to check its transit progress. Was not happy to see if had been there for 7 days already. This process could be so easily tightened up with an automated email it is time to ship from one's Forward2Me address. My client had to wait longer than necessary.

The service provided by Forward2me is excellent. From first sign-up to delivery everything was easy and worked flawlessly. I wish every website was as easy and intuitive to use as Forward2me. My parcel arrived at Forward2me on Wednesday and was picked up by DHL on Thursday. My parcel arrived in Vancouver, BC on Friday. Truly first class service.

Excellent service. This scooter came from amazon warehose deals because original box was damaged in some spots (Content Ok). Package was briefly inspected by foward2me and some extra cardboard was added inside for protection. Scooter box was re-wrapped with black nylon and "fragile" tape. After I send payment shipment was instant. I even call them at some point and customer service is great, all my questions were given an nice and complete answer. I will use their fowarding service again for sure.

the shipping charges is not transparent. I used to ship from U.S to Malaysia and they have breakdown charges

Perfect, as usually. It is 3rd time I use forward2me and they are always up to expectations. What I like most - it is swift information update on their webpage. It is nowhere near lazy regular post office where it takes a day or two to publish updated info on the web. Here I can see that a new parcel arrived just few minutes after courier has left the depot. Couple of clicks from my side - and the goods are heading to my home.
I have seen few complaints about service being pricey for small packages. Yes, it is true - but you have to understand that this depot is optimal for parcels of around 10 kg and more, otherwise it is overkill like shooting birds with a howitzer. You can consolidate all your orders during a month and then send them in one bulk.

These guys really have their stuff together. Super automated and easy to use. All the other reship companies will make you loose your sanity. Super quick and priced right. Most packages make it across the pond and to middle america in 2 or 3 days.

There was an issue with the supplier picking up an item I wanted to return. Staff at F2me kept almost daily email contact to update me on whether or not the package was picked up and suggestions on how they could help resolve the issue.

Look the cost of shipping is not cheap, but let's be realistic sometimes he just have to have something from the UK or you cannot even get the product anywhere else. When that happens and the company does not even ship direct...who ya gonna call...Okay meant to be funny, but seriously use forward2me...there are choices but really honestly you've tried the rest now try the best, fast efficient and C/s was excellent.

As a first time user, I was not sure my delivery would reach my assigned address let alone be delivered properly to me so I was very impressed when I received an instant email telling me the item had arrived and the ease with which the system allowed me to then forward it to my home address. I can now buy items from Amazon that I would never buy before because of my location.

I ordered a diverse array of items mainly via amazon UK with these being posted to forward2me. Some of the items were fragile such as vinyl records, portable turntable and speaker; others were items such as stable food items i.e. mints and wine gums. All items were received extremely well packed and no doubt in much the condition they were received.
Whilst, I had a few questions to ask about the service (this was my first time using it) the contact I had was always polite and patient with my questions. Once I was confident forward2me had all my ordered items and I managed to work my way around the website, from making the payment to receiving the ordered items was extremely rapid. It took only about four days, which is pretty good going when you consider I live in a remote part of Western Australia.
The costs involved were probably what you have to expect when you consider the distances involved and given that forward2me repacked my items definitely meant I made a saving on having the items individually shipped.
All up I was happy with the service.

I love how quick they responded to any enquiries, and they ship fast too. However I wish the Combine & Repack service were cheaper, if not free. Sometimes the merchant delivered one order in separate packages and £2 for each package seems a bit too much.

Posted quickly, responded to emails quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. The only downside was the lack of a budget shipping option. The cheapest is express international courier which is a little pricey, but UK to Australia in three days was worth it.
