Unknown Shipment Details

I bought a single speed bicycle which I had been looking for for 2 months all over Europe and which I finally found at Evans Cycles UK but as per usually that was the only bike they did not deliver internationally (I live in Portugal). Enter forward2me. They have been absolutely amazing from the get-go. I sent them a mail and in less than 30 minutes I got a reply back with all the details that I needed and more.

Considering the size of the package (15 kg - 106x26x189 cm) the price was quite alright in my opinion (£ 106.88+VAT). I had it sent over via DPD Untracked roadservice which should have arrived in 5 to 6 business days but it actually arrived two days ahead of schedule.

All in all the customer service was excellent and after two months of struggle and headache to get my bike, forward2me was the only thing which worked seamlessly and as advertised. I will most definitely use their services again and would recommend to it anyone.

I recently used forward2me to get a phone delivered to me in Australia and it worked pretty perfectly! It actually got here a bit earlier than they said it would which is always nice. Their system is very easy to use, and their customer service is quick and pretty helpful in sorting stuff out.

Friendly and helpful staff but their costs are very expensive compared to similar companies.

Excellent experience. Was updated every step of the way from the time they received my item and instructions were very straight forward and simple.
Received my item ahead of schedule. It was neatly packed and in mint condition.
Really appreciate their updates. It was about as close as you could get to being there to manage your own shipping.

I was originally going to go with BorderLinx but after reading some shoddy reviews I second guessed that decision.
So I signed up with forward2me & switched my Amazon UK order to the address provided on my new f2m account. I also sent an email beforehand & got an immediate reply about how to do so.
My first tracking update (via Amazon) was that it was "received by receptionist" at the f2m address so it's pretty nice that it wasn't just dropped off somewhere. After which it was then shipped to the US.
My package actually came in a day early, & although I didn't request new packaging from f2m, USPS did have to repackage my order after it arrived in the states so that service f2m offers may be something to reconsider if you're against it.
Although I opted not to, the sealed plastic Amazon bag my hoodie arrived in kept it undamaged & probably just as clean when it left the company so it all worked out.
Cost of hoodie was about $53, cost of shipping from Germany to forward2me in UK was about $7 & cost from f2m to the US was about $40. Coming in at $100 & some change this was still cheaper than me finding & buying a purple Patagonia hoodie here in the US for $105.
Who would've thought shipping a hoodie from Germany to the US through a shipping service in the UK would be easier & cheaper then buying one in my own backyard.
Thanks so much forward2me for helping me finally get that purp hoodie I've always dreamed about.

This is the first time I use forward2me and I was very impressed with their service. It took only 3 days for the shipment to arrive from UK to Brunei. All tracking was available. I also love the fact that forward2me provide a 1month free storage so that we are able to wait for other shipments to arrive. The customer service was also prompt in responding to emails. The only downside was the cost of the shipment as the package for less than 2 kilos , i had to pay about 120pounds, due to the dimension of the box. I hope that forward2me will be able to provide an alternative for a cheaper delivery without a box and repack just with a bag to lower the shipping cost. Other than that, all was superb !!! Excellent !! Satisfactory !!
I would definitely recommend forward2me for those who wants fast, efficient service. I will be using forward2me again soon.

Ordered some small tool parts from a British company that only shipped to the UK. I got an e-mail when the parcel had arrived at my personal UK address and could easily choose between different courier services for forwarding to Norway. The whole process was very straightforward and quick. I recommend forward2me and will use them again.

everything about them is very fast.. the moment they received my parcel, they contacted me straight away, and once I settled the payment, in a few hours time, my parcel is already on the way to me. The delivery to me was fast and also the packaging was good as well. I will definitely use them again if I have to purchase things that doesn't ship to my country. Well done!

My purchase was forwarded to Australia very quickly and the Fragile goods were reboxed as requested. My only complaint was that once they arrived in Australia they were handed on from DHL to Australia Post which was not what I was expecting. This does not happen when I buy things from the U.S.A.

Honestly, when I searched up "UK forwarding address service," I thought forward2me.com would be a sham. However, after taking the risk and buying a pair of sneakers online from a European shop, forward2me's shipping was actually faster than the same pair I bought from an American site! Pricing was a little on the higher end but it was reasonable, especially since there are no subscription or sign up fees. Plus, I didn't get hit with customs because they let you mark the value of the package :-) If you're from a country and need to buy something that only ships to the UK, I highly recommend this website. I will definitely use their service again the next time I have the opportunity to.

At first I was a bit skeptic about forward2me and forward shipping in general. But I must admit that they put my skepticism to shame. Everything just went smooth, they even took care of my shipment in the weekend and had my order delivered in just 2 days - that is what I call service!

Easy to use, fast and reliable service. It would be even better if the courier fees could be known upfront to prevent surprises but I guess it's not so simple as there are different parameters involved on the price.
