So sorry to hear some of your products have been damaged. We do put a lot of time and effort in trying to make sure we pack the shopping in such a way to avoid any damage during shipping. It may also be that the parcel has been handled upside down resulting in the tin cans crushing the goods underneath. <br/>I would like to encourage you to try the service again and if you contact our customer service team with the details of the damaged goods, we will happily replace them and send them out with your next shop.<br/>Kind regards, forward2me.

We had a large box of groceries delivered and the packing was very bad. There were malt loves packed underneath a lot of tins and they were squashed completely flat. As i paid £8 for the packing service and the total payment being somewhat over £30 i feel that this was NOT a good service at all. I wouldn't have been happy even if i hadn't paid for the packing!

I don't know how to describe your amazing serviecs! you are the best ever and you will be my first choice for always. From first experience with you, everything was great and excellent. Also you have a unique service which I haven't found it in other package forwarder service providers, you send delivery confirmation mail to the customer to make sure he received his package.Thanks a lot to all of forward2me team work. Parcel arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I didn't get email updates when I had an action item (describe package contents, and then select carrier) - but that could be my email provider's fault, too. Once I took care of my deliverables the package was here within days! I will use this service all the time.

E-mails in the order of "A package has arrived", "You package has been shipped", etc. Would be nice such e-mails. Price is okayish.

Rec'd my first multi-package shipment last week. Customer Service went the extra mile to ensure the shipment arrived safely. 3 of 11 packages were delayed at customs for a week. DHL was no help, but Forward2Me resolved the problem within 24 hours.
