Excellent communication and website. Speedy turnaround of packages which arrived much sooner than expected. I have used a different company previously but forward2me provides a much better service. Will I be using them again? Most definitely.

Servicio efectivo y simple de usar. Agradezco que se pueda usar paypal para pagar. El envío hasta Barcelona tardó 3 días por servicio de mensajería, mucho más rápido y eficaz que el correo nacional. Pedí juntar 2 paquetes en uno, lo que tardó pocas horas en hacerse, y me llegó todo bien empaquetado. El precio me parece alto comparado con otro servicio que uso para reenvios desde EEUU, pero creo que está a la par con los precios de envíos de tiendas online de Reino Unido al resto de Europa, por lo que supongo que el servicio tienen un precio normal dentro de lo que cabe. Y por el plus de efectividad creo que no es nada caro.

Very fast response to inquiries, usually within a day. Fast calculation of shipping lets you know within seconds how much shipping will cost. Rapid shipping too. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended!

I am aware of this case and can only apologise for the delay in handling your parcel. We made a couple of errors both resulting from an internal miscommunication which led to your parcel being delayed for so long.

As with any mistake we have to firstly resolve the matter for the customer and then make sure we learn from the episode to prevent it from happening again. I hope the credit goes someway to making amends for the delays and I can assure you that we did look into the root causes of this incident and have implemented a more robust process to avoid this happening again.

Will never use again despite being given free credit.
Well, my parcel sat in their warehouse for a week because even though I paid within minutes of receiving their notification, and even though the money came through instantly because I use the same bank as them, they ignored my payment.
Their customer service staff member was beligerent and unhelpful and eventually passed me on to someone senior, who miraculously found my payment and said my parcel would be posted that day - this is after a week of them 'waiting' for my payment that had already arrived.
Turns out, it wasn't posted that day at all, despite assurance that it was, it just sat in their warehouse another month while I was waiting for it to arrive. They only sent it for real after I followed up again.
When it arrived it came through Royal Mail, which is what I'd originally asked for and was told they didn't do.
To be fair they were apologetic and gave me free credit. But I'm looking for a different provider. I very rarely leave bad feedback but this was just way, way beyond what I'm willing to put up with.

I highly recommend forward2me. They even re-wrapped my package in a plastic sheet, so the cute box from ted baker would not be damaged. They sent me a reminder email when I could not receive the package on time and helped me get in touch with the logistics company.

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! I had quite a few questions and concerns about using their services so I sent an e-mail and all my questions were answered within a few hours. They were kind enough to offer some extra sturdy packaging on my parcel because I was worried it might be damaged in transmit - and boy did they deliver! The parcel would've survived anything! I was frequently updated on the status of my parcel and the item was delivered within the promised time frame. And best of all? The price was crazy good! Much cheaper than competitors were offering. If I ever need anything from the UK again, I know which forwarding company I'm going to use :).

Almost the greatest shipping company for overseas company. Gave me super good price discount with the best service ever.
The only thing I didnt like is they dont take PayPal for amounts greater than 200GPB, but do take BitPay. No idea why.. All over the world Paypal is used for this.
But the service itself is the BEST EVER.
They always respond right away, Always convenient decisions and great overall. Will deal again with them. I will give "Excellent" mark but because of the PayPal will give "good" even thou they are excellent
