Very quick and easy from package arrival at UK warehouse to my home in Australia. Only complaint would be the only shipping options that have tracking are expensive courier services.

Forward2me is very efficient and helpful. My first experience with them is wonderful. They helped me deliver goods from a European website that doesn't provide shipment to Hong Kong, in a few simple and easy steps. Once they received my parcel, they notified me and forwarded the parcel to me according to my courier choice in no time.
Also, when I emailed them about the mistake of my UK address for my parcel on the way to them, their customer service officer, Ms. Tracy Thornton replied to me shortly and watched out for the arrival of my parcel. She is really responsible and helpful. I highly recommend Forward2me and will definitely use their service again.

My first service and fantastic result. They keep packages for free for almost a month (so I can accumulate serveral purchases of ebay into one multipiece service later for great savings). I can now buy items in ebay that some sellers do not want to send overseas and I can also save money with the multipiece service. I am very, very happy so far. I will repeat (in fact I am currently repeating).

While I received an e-mail saying "Payment Required" for them to place my order, and while every part of the process was fast when it was started, I did not receive an e-mail to say that they received my package so that I could decide what to do with it. As a result, the package remained in their storage a needless 7-8 days longer than required, resulting in me missing the opportunity to give it as a present to someone on the planned date.

I've used Forward2me services 7 times and keep using them mainly for Amazon orders and Ebay stuff. Great, quick, very good communication, exactly what I need. My only regret is, for hazardous material, there should be an option for road courrier in order to avoid the additional cost.
