I was very dubious about using this as I'd never done it before but no question was too silly and Aimee replied quickly to all of my many emails. No it's not cheap but if you can't get what you want from anywhere else then this is an excellent option. At times the website is a bit counterintuitive but the customer service makes up for it. Overall my experience with your service has been great except this most recent time. I had reached out via email because I felt like there were some incorrect items in my box. I was advised somebody would look into it and get back to me but they never did. I went ahead and paid for shipping on the items you had in my box because maybe I had made the mistake. However, when the items arrived I realized that most (29 items arrived, 14 belonged to me) packages in my box were actually intended for another person that just so happened to be located in my local area. Think about this, had I not been the one who received the packages this other individual would have been out on 15 items. That's just wild to think, and what makes it worse is that I identified the issue was but it was never looked into further. This makes me hesitant to continue to use your services.
Update: everything has been rectified, and they went above and beyond to do so. Customer service is beyond exceptional and I understand that mistakes happen so overall a non-issue at this point because they took the time to understand and resolve the issue and once again went above and beyond to do so. Highly recommend their services based on their service alone.

So glad I found this site. I purchased an item from Amazon in Germany as it was not available in the UK. The address provided meant the order was completed, collected from that address and I selected the method of transportation from the list provided. Result was a successful delivery and a very happy friend.

Great for being able to get stuff from folks who don't want to ship international. The price to ship things on to you once it's received by F2M is very expensive. I buy a lot of stuff from overseas and F2M's prices and shipping options are much higher and I don't use the service as much as I would like as a result.

I bought an item and shipped it to my Germany warehouse, but the seller forgot to add my account id to the shipping label, so the stuff couldn't immediately picked it and added it to my account. Fortunately, the stuff in Germany warehouse is very kind and professional, and they added it to my dashboard eventually. But 30 days had passed, in theory, I need to pay the storing fee, but I contacted with the customer center and told them what happened, they're willing to waive the storing fee, I really appreciate it.

I'm using this service for the second time and it will be the last. The invoice included by this service made a complete mess out of the customs clearance. Not to mention the price of the shipping itself. When the parcel already arrived to the warehouse from Amazon it appeared to be higher than the item itself. As a result I'm paying almost triple for my purchase… go find some experienced and honest company.

I contacted them about the fact that they only have very expensive express shipping options available.
So they wrote me back that there are economy options available for the UK warehouse and I asked back how that helps me if I have a shipment waiting in the German warehouse.
After that I only got templated and way too general answers from them, not going anywhere close to a solution.
I won't be using them in the near future and can't recommend based on this experience.
