The shipping was insanely fast, and their service was impeccable. It arrived to Australia from the UK in 4 days! However I would prefer a slower option that didn't cost AUD$60 to send (basically the same cost as my item). The cheapest shipping option being $60 does dissuade me from ordering on a more frequent basis, however if I really wanted something I would definitely use forward2me again!

My daughter's birthday list specified some books online at a UK web-site. The book retailer didn't deliver internationally, so I signed up to forward2me. Everything went smoothly in terms of forward2me advising me when they received my package, choosing a shipping option and paying for it was easy, and I got my package in about 4 days via DHL Express.
The cost of the freight itself "seemed" a little more expensive than what I was used to paying with US freight forwarders, but I don't have a point of reference to compare against, so it might just be the cost of services in the UK.
Also, in comparison to the US freight forwarder that I use there is no itemisation of cost in terms of separating any "service fee" (for the forward2me service itself) versus the freight cost - it's all lumped into one amount.
But I will certainly use them again next time I purchase something from the UK.

I have selected "Good" because of the quick service and delivery, however this is my first time using forward2me and I am not happy with what I received, I am not sure if this was by forward2me or DHL, I ordered a music system online from amazon.co.uk, I used forward2me to deliver it into my place at Dubai, forward2me used DHL as per my shipment selection to send it to me, Unfortunately I received the box with little damage inside and the music centre has malfunctions, I contacted the manufactory of the music centre they said my item had been QC checked and tested for fully functioning before they sent it to forward2me.
I wasted around 450$ to have this at home from UK including the device price the shipment the insurance the customs ...

very good, fast and easy to use. communication is very effective, good support, just price a bit high (normally for shipment like this is around 60euro) however ups is horrible on delivery, they missed twice and finally i need to take a day off to wait them at home, waste of time, i will not choose ups ever again.

This side is absolutely amazing.
Service is awesome and helped me a lot.

I ordered a MacBook pro at the UK Apple store, since the pound is so cheap at the moment. My order was delivered on Friday end of the day. Then was quickly forwarded on Monday to the Netherlands. Customer service replied (even on a Saturday) within a few hours. I can recommend Forward2me to anyone.

Whilst the foward2me service was very good in the uk the fact that I could not obtain a time slot for my delivery from UP'S was inconvenient. I was told if nobody had been available to accept the delivery I would have to collection my goods from a location miles away and without a car this would have been impossible. So for this reason I would not use the service again

Overall an efficient service that delivered as promised. I would like to request you include FedEx as a shipping option, they are the best carrier for my location. DHL are a nightmare by comparison and always subject to delays on final delivery due to their poor admin.

I have used forward2me several times now, and the experience has always been positive. The website is easy to use, you have a choice of a large number of shipping providers depending on your requirements, and the packages are handled with good care. On this occasion I bought three pairs of shoes that were on sale and with the forwarding costs included, it was still a bargain!

I used the service to acquire a Surface Pro 3 and a type cover from two different sellers. I got immediate notifications when the packages arrived at forward2me and I could send both packages at the same time to my home address. It worked perfectly!

If we only count business days the delivery only took 3 day, however when I paid they said it will took 4-5 day.

I have shipped a smartphone and many accessories as a bundle shipment with insurance your company provided. I got it really fast and safe. Not a single damage has happened. And at the same time the customer support service is also a plus point here. They reply as quick as possible with the beat solution! Please note this is not biased. I didn't get paid to post this comment. This is my pure unbiased review. I will recommend Forward2me without any second thoughts.

Their customer service was very good. Communication was good too. The packing is not very good and as usual some of the goods were damaged. However the cost of the courier is way too expensive and so I personally would not use them too often. This time they used DHL and I never knew where the parcel was or what time it was arriving. I signed up for their update texts and never received one until the driver was 5 mins away so bearing in mind the delivery charge was £40 i think that was very expensive for the service they provided! However that wasn't forward2me's fault. Next time I use them hopefully they will have found a cheaper courier - especially as there was another charge of £8 which I think was levied by forward2me for packing possibly? However I was extremely happy to receive my English goodies so thanks to this company who enabled me to do this!
