Nothing but compliments to the team at forward2me. The seller I ordered from messed something up and it took forever for the shipment to reach f2me, but once it did, it was just an express delivery to me. Keep up the good work!

I've looked at this shipment and I can see that it was a multi-piece of 15 packages. In future it may be preferable to use the combine and repack so that the overall volume is reduced into as few boxes as possible. I would recommend you take a look at our website for more details on that service.

Response was quick and all questions were duly answered within 24 hrs as promised by the automatic response I got when I emailed them. Product arrived as promised on time.
Payment was a bit complicated though, VISA blocked my credit card when I tried to pay on the forward2me website. I only knew this hen they called to explain, confirm this was me trying to pay, and unblocked it the day after. Meanwhile I paid my shipment fee by Bank Transfer, which was an international transfer obviously as this is an international forwarding service. However, the shipping fee amount I needed to transfer was only given in GBP. The company recommends that you write them via email and find out the exact amount before transferring but to me this is a long step. They should just show a exchange price on the webpage.

Super fast service, my parcel was forwarded to me the same day when it was received, only 2 hours after I paid with a card and received in Brussels in 2 business days (with DPD Classic).
I recommend forward2me and I would use their services again.

Charge was too pricey. Did not expect to pay 33£ for items weighing a total of 700grams to Singapore.

The shipping fee includes processing, handling and shipping of your package along with proving customer service assistance. I believe this is excellent value for money when considering the service we provide.
In this particular shipment the charge was not based on the physical weight but in fact the volumetric weight which was larger. Most couriers and ourselves work on this bases and it's worth understanding how this works to appreciate how the shipping fee is being calculated. Information on volumetric weight can be found on our website @ www.forward2me.com, answer 13 and also on courier websites, for example search "UPS Dimensional weight" for an explanation from UPS.

First time. Worked exactly as advertised and without any problems. Shipping wasn't cheap, but product was in the US 2 days after arriving at the UK address. Transparency around pricing and shipping methods throughout, will definitely use again.
