Everything went as expected. forward2me's web interface is neat, in my opinion. I'll definitely use the service again if I ever have to order goods from the UK which aren't shipped to Switzerland directly.

Tried my first transaction with them. It was fast for the status update.. Responds to email quickly also. They have option to place your declared value. That saves me from import tax in my location. Alright!

The service is okay, but they need to increase cheaper options of sending. I'd still pay a few pounds more for the option of normal Royal Mail recorded delivery...

Really fast and efficient. Was able to see where parcel was at all times through tracking. Just needs to be cheaper and I would use more often. Was easy to set up. Would recommend this service to others.

My package was delivered to forward2me two days after I ordered it, I got a email from forward2me telling me I had a package. I paid for the delivery on Monday and had my package by Thursday. Great service.

The package I bought online and sent to Forward2Me was returned to sender even though I entered the exact address I was provided with. I ended up having to get it resent using this format, which I figured out myself, as customer support didn't have any suggestions:

I understand that this is kinda the Post Office's fault, but it seems like a very basic issue that should be ironed out with the local post office. Once Forward2Me actually received and reshipped the package I had it within 48 hours, so no complaints about that.

Many thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry we weren't of more help with regards to the initial delivery of your parcel to forward2me. I honestly haven't come across this problem before but I'm glad you've raised it here as it's a good lessons learnt for us and something we can address more effectively in the future.

Once item has arrived at their warehouse, it is updated promptly. After payment was made to them, shipping was within that day and arrived at my doorstep within 2 days. Efficient and safe to put them as a third party shipping company.

I'm so happy with this purchase. I got a 4ct tennis bracelet and it's really beautiful. Johnathan and Tom were in close contact via email and phone throughout the buying process. the bracelet is really high quality, well made and very sparkly.
