I thought the service was expensive for what was involved.
I had only one package and when I assessed the sending options, they were super expensive, and they were only cheaper if I opted for Forward2Me to repack/combine my ONE small parcel for 2 pounds and then the postage options were cheaper which doesn't make logical sense. I felt a bit deceived by this to be honest.

Absolutely amazing service. I frequently fall in love with UK based products that do not ship to the US. Forward2Me (F2M) makes ownership a breeze. I placed an order for an infant sleeping dock last week directly with the company using the address F2M provided. Within hours of the original tracking number showing delivered, F2M sent me an email with ship-to-US quotes. My baby's dock delivered within 2 days as promised. I would definitely use them again! I am very happy with the way my parcels where handled. had 2 parcels delivered at different days and they where kept to be send both together . Received them in the shortest time ever , in less the 24 hours. Will use forward2me again.

While the items arrived well packed, your shipping prices are beyond unreasonable. I've ordered several items from the UK before (directly from the seller) and never experienced such high shipping rates. I most likely wouldn't use your service again unless unless I was in a real jam.

Forward2me is very efficient and helpful. My first experience with them is wonderful. They helped me deliver goods from a European website that doesn't provide shipment to Hong Kong, in a few simple and easy steps. Once they received my parcel, they notified me and forwarded the parcel to me according to my courier choice in no time.
Also, when I emailed them about the mistake of my UK address for my parcel on the way to them, their customer service officer, Ms. Tracy Thornton replied to me shortly and watched out for the arrival of my parcel. She is really responsible and helpful. I highly recommend Forward2me and will definitely use their service again.
