So I bought an erstwilder brooch, faux rose hair clip, women’s halter top, and a pair or dolce and gabbana eyeglasses. All of that together weighs 0.45kg or less than a pound. They want to charge me 52 pounds/$70usd. That’s absolutely insane! It also says there is a queue of 576 people to combine and repack and I would have to wait on them first. So more storage days. They put my glasses as medication and restricted and didn’t mention anywhere on the website or after receiving the package that I needed to fill out a drop ball test for fedex to ship it. I filled it out and now the combine and repack only has dhl. Also I’m being forced to combine my packages because it says the glasses and women’s top has to be combined in order to ship. So their forcing me to combine packages and pay more. Not only that but they only offer dhl to me for the combine and repack and I’m forced to pay 70 dollars for a package that will weigh at most 1 pound. All the items I bought literally weigh next to nothing. I shouldn’t be charged this much for shipping. Please use ANY other forwarding service because they will force you to pay what they choose and screw you over in order to get your items. THAT is outright scamming customers. I’ve used other services and never had issues like these. You WILL be charged more than you should for your items. There are other services out there that will provide better service and MUCH CHEAPER SHIPPING OPTIONS. Forward2me is just scamming and price gouging customers for no reason.
Edit: don’t be fooled by their response. Nothing at all was wrong with my items and they FORCED me to have them repacked charging 6 pounds extra on top of shipping charges. I paid 56 usd for a few items and everything weighed less than a pound/16 ounces. That was the cheapest shipping option too!

I understand how frustrating the situation with shipping fees, package combination, and service limitations must be.
We understand that you are required to combine certain items due to courier restrictions. This may result in additional storage time, as you noted, and the available shipping option for the combined package is currently DHL.

I recently used Forward2me to ship dangerous goods (DG) to Brunei, and the experience was seamless. Shipping these types of items can often be a logistical headache, but the team made it straightforward and stress-free.
A special mention to Nica, who handled my correspondence. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and ensured I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such dedicated support. If you need a reliable forwarder that can actually handle the tough stuff, I highly recommend them!

I am the client, and my purchasing agent has been chasing for over a month. I will begin legal proceeding with-in 7 days. I will not only be coming for a resolution, but make every effort to ensure these types of scam companies are called out. I also believe TrustPilot needs to find a way to verify that these 5-star reviews are actually genuine. Lorrie Bradwell posted on March 3rd, and no response. She started doing follow-up on Feb 17th and she has yet to receive a response.

i had two parcels of mine that were delivered at the old address in the USA, and i let the UK team know about that, the UK team were very patient and held my hand all the way especially Honey, she kept me updated on the progress to retrieve my parcels at the old warehouse in the USA. I am happy to tell that both my parcels were successfully retrieved and Honey to the end of the retrieval into my correct USA address is still checking if everything is in line. UPDATE 19-03-2026: Joyce came back with a generous refund offer which I accepted. Case closed. Given the value of the refund I have changed the rating.
UPDATE 17-03-2026: The same forward2me rep came back a few times last week asking if I would increase my Trustpilot rating. The parcel arrived on Friday & the x3 CO2 cylinders from the tyre kit are missing. I mailed them but they have reverted to not bothering replying.
My check of the documents on this parcel shows no such dangerous goods classification, so they literally decided to send 'dangerous goods' as regular goods since there was a trim utility blade in the tyre kit & the CO2 cylinders in the airbag jacket.
MY impression remains, the classification of parcels is to justify expensive FedEx quotes which are completely disassociated from any economy quotes given by their calculator. While it is conjecture I would assume there is pressure to classify parcels like this where the most profit lie.
Really the passion in following up by the customer success team is all about their social rating.
UPDATE 09-03-2026: A representative stepped in on Friday probably due to Trustpilot review. They organised a DHL 'Economy Select' shipping option: €108.45
I have not been told if any items were removed from the parcel for this or if the 'dangerous goods' classification still stands, the price breakdown itemisation marks this as €0.00.
I won't be able to update on that until I receive the package...if I receive it, at which time I'll update this review again for fairness.
For €108.45 I expect to get everything that arrived originally.
It's still a very expensive delivery service whichever way this pans out. You should not have to drag these things into a public review to get a semblance of fair play.
At the end of the day fc-moto could make these exact goods take the same route for €17.99.

Pricing from Germany to Ireland calculator looks great. But in practice you need to VERY careful about what your package contains. If anything on the dangerous goods list is found you get a 'dangerous goods' classification & you will enter a slow, untransparent process of exorbitant shipping offers with unanswered questions.
My parcel contained a tyre repair kits with x3 16gm CO2 canisters - the ones which fit in your hand & go in sodastream makers, refill bicycle tyres. It's the air you breathe out in compressed form, there isn't really a safer gas/size.
The other thing my parcel contained was a motorbike airbag, again this has x2 compressed CO2 canisters.
Now I'm not arguing that these can legitimately be marked 'dangerous goods' but retailers simply don't have this expense in Euro shipping & do not have the margin to swallow costs like this so there are other options just not here.
Apart from that they was a small bag, a lever & thermal shield -

Had I bought the same contents from fc-moto.de(the airbag was €80 more expensive than the one I sourced & had sent to to forward2me) the shipping is listed at €17.99. They are a huge moto retailer who would absolutely be certified in sending batteries etc, I have used them in the past for batteries, they partner with DHL as forward2me do.
Yet forward2me gave no DHL option, despite DHL being specifically noted in the linked article about dangerous good. No economy option was given.
So think twice before you order that thing with a small gas cylinder or a electronic device with a battery, you will find it difficult to save any money.

Their US warehouse is disastrously slow. The basic concept of the service seems great, but they just can't seem to actually process the packages through.
I had one package take 3 business days to get through their process, now a second package is already taking over 1 full week.
I'm not even having them combine packages or anything, would just want them to stick a new label on and ship the package straight out.
Having complained to their support, the response was simply "sorry, we received lots of packages".
I'm extremely dissatisfied.
Update: The package eventually shipped out the day after my initial review and arrived 3 days later. So the processing took overall 6 business days or 8 calendar days. The package ultimately sat longer in Delaware than the combined shipping time from China to Delaware and then from there to Europe.
The repacking added an extra layer of cardboard, but the original box was sturdy enough, I still don't think it was really necessary.
As a goodwill gesture, apologising for this delay, I was refunded the cost of this package's forward shipping. So I do at least appreciate this recognition, that the processing should not take this long and hopefully it will get better in the future.
Update2: In light of an outcome, that was ultimately good, other than the timeline and the assurances for better performance in the future, rating changed.

Satisfied and they do what they say: they forwarded to me my package. BUT,BUT, BUT, they hold my package for 7 days at their US warehouse for no reason. I expected them to forward it to me the next day after they received it. No answer when I try to contact them. They offer to do the custom handling in my country (Norway) and pay the VAT (Norwegian sales tax) for a fee of $ 50. I let FedEx do this for a fee off $ 17. You cannot use their phone number for any security codes sent from the shop you buying from because their phone number is not monitored and it is a land line. You can use this service for that: esimplus. You can insure the package for a flat fee of $ 25, this is way too much for a package at a value off $ 99. It should be like 2-2,5 % of the value like some off their competitors does.

I purchased some goods for my Client and sent them through to Forward2me to be consolidated and shipped on to my Client overseas. From what I have discovered, 3 packages were delivered to them. They consolidated 2 packages, and took 2 of 16 pieces of the 3rd package and placed it into the consolidated package, which shipped and was received by my Client. The package of 16 pieces was the greater expense of goods we had purchased, and 14 of these pieces are still sitting in their warehouse. We paid in full for the shipping, taxes and duties of everything we had purchased, but received about 1/3 of the goods.
I requested Help a number of times while signing up with no response. I muddled my way through the system with requesting help via email on 1/19. I finally received 1 response on 2/4 with no information, no help. I have been making requests since 1/19. Have requested Help from their website Help Button, on their missing page, numerous Urgent Emails, called and was placed into voicemail where I left a message. ALL with NO RESPONCE.

Beware of CUSTOMS DUTY DEMAND made by forward2me. I received an email regarding a shipment I sent to their UK warehouse for re-export to Hong Kong. The CUSTOMS DUTY DEMAND claim was backed by a break down which largely made up of VAT. Clearly the goods were not destined for a UK resident and for re-export hence not applicable. Upon challenging this claim forward2me now say that it is Import duty assessed by HK customs which is a complete LIE and false as there is no such import duty in existence.

I would like to sincerely thank Kyla and the Forward2me team for the prompt and professional handling of my issue throughout this entire period. My problem was caused by a mistake made by a shipping company regarding the customs clearance of my package, and I was not responsible for it. Without their support and involvement, the issue would not have been resolved.

Im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr hatte ich einige Schwierigkeiten mit meinem Bestellungen. Über die Website gibt es manchmal Einschränkungen die stören, aber der Support per Mail ist sehr bemüht bei Problemen zu helfen. Generell sollte man natürlich etwas Zeit mitbringen und die Kosten für den Import nicht unterschätzen, dafür hat man jedoch den Zugang internationalen Märkten und kann gerade bei hochwertigeren Bestellungen insgesamt einen guten Deal machen. Gebt den Kollegen am besten Feedback bei Problemen, man hilft wo man kann.

Je cherchais une paire de chaussures épuisée partout en Europe et qui était seulement disponible aux États-Unis. My shipment was initially restricted to a very expensive carrier due to battery tagging, but Joyce handled the case with professionalism and initiative. She arranged repacking and enabled a manual FedEx Economy shipment, which significantly reduced the cost while keeping everything compliant.

Off to a rough start, but 100% satisfied in the end.
My package was marked as "dangerous goods", which was a bit weird for a synthesizer.
Staff was very friendly and understanding. I talked with Joyce through Whatsapp (UK). She sent a request to the warehouse to check my package, which was followed up within 24 hours. After some back and forth with Joyce, everything was solved in the end, and I did not have to pay an extra fee for shipping "dangerous goods".
They had to repackage my shipment for a 3 pound fee, this was not optional. I didn't really like it, but money well spent. I've never seen better packaging. The box felt solid like a rock, and was filled with all kinds of foam material to protect the product.
I will use this service again in the future! :)

Update ‼️ I paid the €153 after being told the cost would be reviewed and possibly reduced. It was not reduced at all.
The parcel was shipped via FedEx Economy, the cheapest available service, which completely contradicts the extremely high amount I was charged.
I consider this misleading. I was promised reconsideration of the price, but nothing changed.
I have now been waiting more than 6 days, and the parcel is still not delivered.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend Forward2Me for shipments within Europe. There are far more transparent and reasonably priced alternatives available. 💯
Over the years, I have used the services of many shipping companies, so I know well how international shipping usually works and how much it costs.
Forward2Me charged €153 to ship a power station from Germany to the Czech Republic simply because the battery capacity exceeded 100 Wh. Other shipping companies charge an average of €15-40 to ship the same model. The difference is shocking and completely unjustified.
I even offered a simple and reasonable solution: I would create the shipping label myself, and they would simply hand the package over to the carrier. They refused without any real explanation. This makes it clear that the problem is not security or regulatory requirements, but their pricing policy.
This whole situation is like forcing me to overpay significantly, without any flexibility and without focusing on the customer. I expected professional service, but instead I got strict rules and prices that are completely out of line with the market.
I strongly recommend comparing prices with other freight forwarders before using Forward2Me. Personally, I will no longer use this service.
