Usually quick turn around for my packages to be forwarded. Communication with good and prompt. I have had delays a few times and packages cost mord in shipping but over goid service from everyone I have communicated with.

Although I ordered from a German website that ships directly to my country, I used the forward2me service because it was cheaper.
My package was oversized and I needed help when it arrived at the German warehouse. Luckily I had contact with a great assistant, Kat, who provided excellent support throughout the process. Her communication was prompt and helpful and she gave me several options to solve the problem with the oversized package.
I just received my package today and couldn´t be happier. I highly recommend it!

I've used the service three times to forward items from UK storage to my address in Brazil, and the experience it was always fast and efficient. I prefer to use DHL as a courier. The packages were carefully packed, and whenever I needed support or had questions, they responded quickly and accurately. I highly recommend it.

How can I even start? This is as close as a scam a company can get.
Because of health issues I could not deal with my parcel, which caused a delay I take full responsibility for. But instead of making an effort to reach an agreement, Forward2me wanted to charge me an outrageous amount of money for storage (for 5 small-sized items of clothing).
I was involved in a lengthy complaint process with one of their team members, whose only solution was to offer me a 20% discount again and again. No other options.
Eventually, the total for delivery reached more than £400, which of course I was not going to pay. For that price, I could have bought designer items instead of the five high-street Vinted items I meant to have forwarded to me.
After they went silent for some time, I checked the status of my parcel and, to my surprise, it was labelled as 'disposed of', because they had had it in storage for more than 90 days.
Of course my parcel was in storage for more than 90 days, I was waiting for a resolution to my claim that never happened.
They apprently have disposed of my items without warning me or asking for my permission.
I am now making enquiries to know what they did to my items (did they throw them away?, did their employees keep my items for themselves?). This process is completely shady, which raises serious corncerns. Again, the employee I am dealing with only solution is to offer me a 20% discount, arroganlty believing I am going to use their service ever again.
I am going to take this matter as far as it needs to go in order to get what has been stolen from me.
Their professional ethics are too corrupt to carry on doing business as a company.

It's mostly reliable, and prices are good. The option to have all your items packed into one box can save quite a lot on postage. One or two packages were mislaid, one was found and the other not. Customer service did their best to correct any issues, so at the end of the day I'm happy with that, and would recommend them.

Long story short, I paid a total of €227.51 between their service, product and customs fees. When repackaging the package, which on their site was mandatory to send it, they broke it. Their support only offered me €80 refund, ridiculous! I opened a case through paypal hoping to get what's right.
Stay away from their service, they lure you with seemingly low costs and then add additional costs mandatory to ship the package to you.

Upon inspection, it appears that you have received damaged items and added for the Protect+ guarantee. We have brought this matter to the attention of the courier. It's important to clarify that we did not cause the damage, as it occurred during handling by the courier you selected. Unfortunately, we have no control over how the courier handles shipments within their network.
The courier provides claim offer, and due to the protect + added, we have offered you the refund based on the declared values for your shipments. As per our Terms of Trade [https://www.forward2me.com/terms-of-trade/], specifically clause 11.3, the limits of liability at clause. The Protect+ Fee is calculated according to the declared value of the Goods and it is your responsibility to make an accurate declaration.

Upon inspection, it appears that you have received damaged items and added for the Protect+ guarantee. We have brought this matter to the attention of the courier. It's important to clarify that we did not cause the damage, as it occurred during handling by the courier you selected. Unfortunately, we have no control over how the courier handles shipments within their network.
The courier provides claim offer, and due to the protect + added, we have offered you the refund based on the declared values for your shipments. As per our Terms of Trade [https://www.forward2me.com/terms-of-trade/], specifically clause 11.3, the limits of liability at clause. The Protect+ Fee is calculated according to the declared value of the Goods and it is your responsibility to make an accurate declaration.
