Following a quick registration process my delivery address was instantly available to me. Received goods were announced promptly. Choosing between several possible carriers and price options was very easy. Package was with me in due time with no surcharges.

Excellent customer service, seamless process! I'm in the US and my purchase was ONLY available in the UK (from a vendor who would not ship outside the UK). I researched other services, and not only did forward2me have the highest ratings anywhere, they were deemed absolutely legitimate by scamadvisor.com. I often reference that site when buying internationally.
I received my package in less than a week at my front door. I HIGHLY recommend this service, and will definitely use again!

An absolutely remarkable service solution to a freight dilemma I never thought I would encounter. With a favourable exchange rate, and products that are almost impossible to source in Australia, UK shopping was appealing up until the realisation that many online shops weren't willing or able to ship internationally. Forward2me's service solution of providing an immediately accessible domestic UK address satisfied the seller's requirements and with speedy free Royal Mail the package was quickly and safely prepared for collection by my chosen international courier. Forward2me kept me informed at each step and provided a more direct link to the tracking data than the mirrored emails from the international courier them self. The package arrived 3 days earlier than predicted, and the local delivery was completed without issue. The additional packaging in readiness for the international leg of the process was evident and efficient, carrying the paperwork for customs and not overly bulking the shipped size. I have all the receipts from the initial seller, and the easy PayPal transfers for both the seller and Forward2me and their TNT connection, but have missed printing the invoice from the site that details Forward2me's costs for their service. In general the site is easy to navigate and informative, without excessive hype. If I ever have need of the service again I have complete confidence in their procedure, and have no issue recommending Forward2me combined with TNT as a shipping solution from the UK to regional Australia.

I was very happy with their service. I was amazed at how easy they make it to forward your package on to you. I tracked my package to my UK address, a couple hours later got an email from forward2me about how I wanted to send it to the US, picked the shipper I wanted, paid on the website, and got an email confirming payment and giving me a tracking number. I happened to have finished up paying on their website at 4:30 their time and figured the package wouldn't go out until the next day since they are only open until 5pm. I was very surprised to see that my package was sent out the same day. I thought that was great service! And I will definitely be using them again.

Unfortunately I receive few of these feefo invites for feedback, so I will quickly take the opportunity to leave feedback on this occasion. I have successfully received 8 shipments without issue. The only concern I had was concluded to be a third-party issue and it was promptly and thoroughly investigated upon my raising it. The service is at a premium, I will admit, however handling is excellent. Two very necessary things I look for in a redirection service is honesty and consistency. No parcel has gone missing when sent to this address, and the service - and speed at which they send off - is always the same high level.
I am more than happy to recommend forward2me as trustworthy, reliable and efficient and will continue to engage their services while they continue in this favourable direction.

Really pleased which the service, does exactly what it says, I used the consolidate service and everything was well packed. I received timely updates on the parcel and could track it. Best of all they give a variety of reasonable forwarding options - I was suspicious of the service having been burnt before using a similar US service (when they had me over a barrel and received the goods they charged extortionate forwarding prices or even to return it).

I've had nothing but amazing service from them. Very fast and professional. Once there was an issue with US Customs wanting information and they took care of it. Customs ended up sending it back and they paid to ship it back to the US. I will definitely use them for all my UK shopping.

My first time using the service after signing up for it and then forgetting about it. I'm really impressed with the company. They sorted through my order, held it until I was ready to pay and even held it for me after final processing while I sorted out a problem with my credit card!
The only problem I had with the service is that there's only two major vendors (DHL, UPS) while TNT couldn't be used because of a problem it had with my address. I never could find out what the problem was. In any event, it's a great service but I think I'll email them with my problems before I place another order so it goes 100% smooth for next time.
