More money requested for shipment and very bad experience to pay invoice.
Many thanks for your feedback. I have looked into your shipment and I can see that we did have to request a change of payment method as we couldn't match your payment details to your account. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but we do have payment security measures in place which we have to follow.

An excellent service. I have been a regular customer for a couple of years and have recommended them to all my fellow expats. The email to tell me that a parcel had arrived didn't reach me, when I contacted them they replied within 10 minutes!

Highly recommended. I have used other forwarding facilities from the UK and this experience has been the best by far. No fuss, easy sign up, prompt notification when parcels arrive and a completely seamless experience in arranging for parcel forwarding. All up from purchasing in the UK to delivery in Australia took 4 working days. Fantastic.
