Excellent re-packaging, great communication, but I reckon the parcel would have arrived earlier if it hadn't been for a misleading information in the choice of parcel delivery company to be done online. But the overall experience is, however, excellent.

did what I wanted. Thats all I ever ask. That being said, I dislike the current trend to instantly send a 'how did we do' mail each and every time I do business these days. It seems that being told you are doing well has become much more important than actually 'doing well' in the first place. We have a business arrangement, it works, I am happy with it, now why do I have to spend personal time responding to a computer generated question? It now spoils the experience of dealing with you.
