Definetely expensive service! Thout i could use an untracked option for an 53£ item, but not. This is not mentioned clearly in the site before use of the service.

Brilliant service. I ordered a load of items from Sainsburys to be shipped via Forward2me in the Netherlands. When they arrived - speedy dispatch via UPS - I noticed a lot of items missing from my order. The bill from Sainsburys was included and I could see that I had ordered and paid for the missing items. I contacted F2M; they searched the warehouse and could not find anything. I eventually received a mail from my contact person there (Tracy) in which she said: "It may be that the goods have not been delivered by Sainsbury's, we do not check the orders on arrival and the driver could have left us a basket short however as a gesture of goodwill as we are unable to confirm this we will re-order the goods from Sainsbury's and allocate them to your account on receipt."
Subsequent to that mail and F@M's reorder, I have now been informed that the re-ordered items have arrived at F2me; I've now paid the transport for these and await them in a day or two.
THAT, in my opinion, is TERRIFIC SERVICE! Well done F2me and especially to Tracy.

I found something I wanted on UK eBay but they didn't ship to the United States. I found forward2me and the process was seamless. I told them what I wanted via their website. They placed the order and after they received it I was provided multiple shipping carriers to choose from, along with the cost and ratings. This was an awesome experience! Over all a good experience. Easy to get started and use. A bit exepensive delivery cost, but for me who only need the service in case i cant buy a product directly from Denmark, its ok to pay for the service.
Only little notice, is that it took several hours for forward2me to register that the package was received, even though i could track it was delivered. For a first timer buying a £700 product, i got a bit nervous.
BUT i did write Forward2me to be sure, and got a pretty fast answer, that removed my consern. Great customer support.

This is the 3rd shipment managed by forward2me, but the first where the package was not prepared by a professional dealer. In this case, an electronic device was put by the sender in a box, larger than the device, without any shock absorbing material. The guys at forward2me opened the box, saw that (I don't think they removed padding material from the package), and decided to ship the item without adding anything inside, not even few sheets of old paper. It was a very poor service. The bad packaging was not forward2me's fault, but the event proves a total lack of attention and care for their client. Use this service only when you buy equipment from shops, not for eBay auctions.The mix of a silly eBay seller and an unconcerned forward2me employee could make you loose money.
