Thank you for providing us with your feedback however I am disappointed to hear that our level of service is bad.

We do always try to help our customers as much as possible however see that the items received in this shipment are goods that we are unable to ship overseas, I know this must have been frustrating for you however this is a courier restriction and out of our control.

We do have a prohibited item list on our website showing these items, it may be that you did not see this information before making this purchase. It is really disappointing to hear that your goods have arrived damaged and this has spoilt your overall customer experience with us.

We do always try to repack goods so they are safe and secure for international transit however it appears that this may not be the case on this occasion.

I'm pleased to hear that you found our service good although you were unhappy with the way the shipping costs have been calculated.
<br/>
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by all couirers for the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.<br/>

I'm sorry that you were unaware of how shipping costs are calculated for your shipment and that it was more than you expected. We do offer a pricing page on our website where the weight and dimensions of the parcel can be added and an estimated shipping price based on the volumetric weight is shown.

i was told by customer service officer Tracy that the warehouse team couldn't locate my parcel .
I have already sent countless emails enquired them regarding the updates whether they have found my bag , or if not, any compensation but no replies from them . The reason forward2me gave was December is a very very busy month for them .
I do understand this but not until u misplace the customers ' parcels and take ages to reply emails ?
This is the very first time I encountered problems with forward2me. Previously had very good experience with them .
And I'm still waiting for Tracy to get back to me to deal with the compensation . I hope the management will settle this ASAP

Please be assured that we do take great care with our customers parcels and have procedures in place to ensure that parcels everything is placed in the correct location in our warehouse however unfortunately there has not been the case with this parcel.
