The price you pay for shipping your items does include a full service including the use of your forward2me UK address, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods.

We do work with our couriers as regularly as possible to obtain the best shipping prices available for our customers and feel that we do offer value for money.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive a notification that your package had arrived, we do always send a email to advise our customers that a package has been dropped in their inbox and I'm thinking this may have arrived as a spam email. If you could add us to your safe senders list I'm hoping this would not happen in the future.

You have also mentioned an IT issue when processing your parcel for shipping, I see you did contact our customer care team regarding an issue with entering the value.
<br/>
On receipt of a parcel if an invoice is included we do add the value of the parcel however if there is no information we need to leave this blank. If a customer is based outside of the European Union a value needs to be added to the package details before the customer can arrange shipping, this is required for customs purposes. This would show as an error when you started the shipping process however I see that when you contacted our customer care team they advised you of the procedure.
