I believe that you have been in touch with Customer Services regarding a parcel being shipped to your forward2me address from outside of the European Union however it has encountered some issues with customs clearance.

From the correspondence I can see that we have done our best to help you with this situation forwarding a letter from Parcelforce to you and returning the letter once completed however we don't directly get involved with customs therefore you would need to contact either the sender or Parcelforce regarding the clearance of these goods.

I'm sorry that we have been unable to assist you further in this matter and wish you all very best with the clearance of the goods and on the successful delivery of your goods to our warehouse.

Really fast service! A little pricy but they way I see it is you have to pay for the service & the shipping so it actually isn't that bad. My package was easily traceable the whole time. I had never done this before but it was so easy & forward made the steps to easy to follow. Definitely recommend!

Deliveries to Portugal keep getting more costly and don't take in consideration
the size/weight and the value good. Few delivery option and all at the same price.
Been using the service since 2014 but now it is only worth it if you buy in bundle.

I never received my product. I have chased this up with DHL, they claim to have delivered it on Sunday and had someone sign for it that wasn't me. I live alone and no-one else was home. I've also asked the only other flat in my block that could have taken delivery. So it was either given to someone outside the property, or it was delivered to a different address. I don't place the fault at your door though.

I used forward2me couple times now, they are fast respond, quick delivery at fair price.
Their customer services is very helpful and thoughtful, they will provide solutions and suggestions.
They use plenty forwarders at a very fair price, I always chose UPS, fast, reliable and effective. I tried few others, they are relatively high at price compared with forward2me, one even saying to me it's not possible to use UPS at such a price!
Love it! Highly recommended.

This has been the third of fourth time I have used forward2me and I have never experienced any problems with them. Up till now I did not choose the consoldiation option (when multiple packages are repacked into one box) because forward2me also offers (I would assume this depends on the size and number of your parcels and the destination) to have multiple packages sent in a combined shipment, e.g. you receive (multiple) individual packages under one shipment code. This is a fantastic service and has saved me lots of money. The website is transparent enough and the number of carriers to choose from is ok-ish. What similar services in the US offer, is a photograph of the packages received under your account, not as a special request but standard; I think this would make forward2me even better. To close, this is a wonderful service giving you all the benefits of the UK consumer even when dealing with retailers or sellers who refuse to ship outside the UK or charge unrealistic prices for the 'privilege'.
