Package was incorrectly measured and I was overcharged as a result. Customer service unwilling to make this right, very disappointed. You ripped me off once, but you lost a customer for life.

I was impressed with the fact I could store my items whilst organising other parcels, and with the numerous delivery options to Australia. Responses to my email inquiries were lightning fast. Overall it was an easy and fast transaction. I'll gladly use it again in the future. One note though, I had one email with an address that had Lancashire in it and one without. Ultimately it didn't matter, but it was a bit confusing.

Awesome free and fast forwarding service. Package was handled well from F2M as well as DHL. It took a few days for package to be picked up from DHL but it was to be expected during holiday season.

Shipping costs are a bit high, but than again, better than not being able to ship at all. My package arrived at the warehouse early afternoon and was on its way to me a few hours later. Recommended!

At first I thought it was a scam: reviews went from pole to pole (extremely good reviews/extremely bad reviews), the bad reviews being fewer though. The forwarding was not that fast, but I can't blame them for 2 reasons:
a) Christmas holidays
b) I'm not sure the item I requested was immediately available at that time (game was just released by that time, but special edition had notes about it probably being delayed)
Shipping price was, standard I guess. It is expensive, though those prices are nowadays a normal rate; Yes, you might find cheaper deliveries but they either have their own delivery service, or are a big company who have agreements/treaties with shipping companies.
Customer service was an overall okay I guess. To be honest, I just had 1 interaction, they answered they'll check my parcel, and a day or two after that it appeared in my account ready to be shipped; which in my honest opinion is not enough to rate it.
A week after that I paid shipping. It took just 3 days (thanks mighty DHL), and my package arrived safe and sound.
I'm still a little bit sceptical about the service, but'd probably use it again, (only) if I had to.
