Forward2Me’s forwarding service is fast and efficient. I have not had any issues with my shipment, and have received my items properly packed and in good condition. The only request would be to offer better, more competitive pricing.

Pues es una empresa 100% recomendable para comprar productos en empresas de UK que no envian a España. El mismo día que les llegó el paquete me lo reenviaron a mí, y al día siguiente lo tenía en casa, ni 24 horas. He realizado varios pedidos y todos bien. Yo no puedo decir así nada malo.

I couldn't be happier with Forward2Me's service - I can easily shop all my favourite stores that don't offer shipping to Australia, have a bundle of my items repackaged and arrange fast and affordable shipment to my home address. Love that I can get a quote first and choose between fast vs slow but affordable shipping options. 5 stars!

Overall great service. I have used forward2me for 3 years now and I must say it keeps getting better. Very quick response to everything either a question either sending the items.
One thing that I believe could be revised is combine and repack service the cost is a bit high when you have to repack like 8 or 10 items.

I am a new and first time user of forward2me. I live in the United States and I am pleased to give this company a 5 star rating. I requested shipping on a Wednesday and my package arrived to me via Dhl on Friday. They were very prompt in dispatching my package. It was packaged perfectly and arrived safe and sound! Thanks forward2me.com.
Looking forward to using your service again.

I love the speed and efficiency with Forward2Me. The inbound packages are processed quickly - and then once you pay for a package to be sent to you - its shipped very quickly. I get packages faster from Forward2Me (international shipping) than I do stores in the states (domestic shipping). Keep it up!

This company is responsive, prompt and delivers! My only bugbear is that it changed it’s address and I only found out AFTER I forwarded stuff to you. Your address is all important so I wd have appreciated a mail saying you changed it! However the goods were still delivered and no complications!

I am sooooo happy I found forward2me! A jacket I desperately wanted was no where available in the U.S but when I found it on a website in the UK I researched diligently on how I can get it shipped to me. Lo and behold I stumbled across forward2me. The website was so easy to navigate and I got my jacket really fast. I will definitely be using this service again.

If you get a packet, you must notify straight away and not 24 hrs later. Thats not a service!!!!!!
Hi Jose,\n
\nMany thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy that it took a little time to notify you that your parcel had arrived and was allocated to your account.\n
\nI see that your latest parcel arrived with us during the Christmas period when we are extremely busy, we always aim to notify customers within 24 hours when a parcel arrives however during busy times although we book parcels as quickly as possible in order of receipt this process can take a little longer.\n
\nPlease accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.\n
\nIf there is anything further we can do to assist you or you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com.\n
\nKind Regards,\nTracy.
