Customer Reviews
Nothing is more important than the trust between us and our customers. Below you can find recent feedback from real people who have used our parcel forwarding service. We made this page in order to be transparent about what our customers are saying. We hope you find it useful!
Filters are defaulted to show Verified Reviews Only because we know these reviews are real. You can change filters to look at All Reviews but we can not be certain all these reviews are from real customers.
forward2me has no control over the feedback on this page unless it is abusive or defamatory - in which case the review platform typically removes it. Every review is shown unedited and in full.

Hi,
Many thanks for taking the time to review our services.
I'm pleased to hear that you are happy overall with the service you have been provided by forward2me however would prefer cheaper shipping fees.
We do feel that we offer value for money for the service we offer as we are not only shipping your goods but offering a UK address to receive these goods, we accept, process and dispatch them for you ensuring that they are safe and secure for international transit and provide all the export paperwork for the shipment.
We also offer full customer support via our Customer Care team who will assist you whilst your parcels are with us and in transit until they are delivered to you.
We don't charge any monthly or annual fees for the use of your address and offer 30 days free storage from the receipt of each parcel providing you with enough time to collate your goods at the address so you can ship them together if required.
I hope this helps explain the full service we offer for the shipping cost paid however if you feel that the shipping fee is higher than expected next time you ship please feel free to contact our Customer Care team so that we can ensure that you obtain the maximum value for shipping.
We hope to hear from you again soon.
Kind Regards,Tracy.

Apparently, my package was opened before it was sent to me.
Hi,
Many thanks for taking the time to review our services.
I see that you have mentioned about us opening packages, we need to open and check packages on arrival to ensure that the goods have arrived with us in good condition and we need to add the description of the goods in the package to enter onto your account. This is required for shipping purposes and so we can also check that we can ship the goods safely and legally to your country.
I hope this information helps explain the reason why we carry out this process however please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team at info@forward2me.com if you require any further information for any of our processes.
Many thanks,
Kind Regards,Tracy.

it was very expensive shipping!
Hi Deema,
Many thanks for providing a review of our services however I'm sorry to see that you have given us a 1 star review as you feel our shipping fees are too expensive.
We feel that our shipping costs are competitive and offer good value for money. Shipping prices include the cost of transportation from the UK to your overseas address, the use of your UK address, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods including any export paperwork required for shipping your goods.
We also offer full customer support whilst your parcel is with us and in transit.
Shipping costs are based on the actual space the consignment takes up in transit therefore if the items are quite bulky although they may only be light in weight the shipping costs are calculated by our couriers on the higher volume rather than the actual weight. I see that you have shipped trainers on this occasion therefore there is very little we can do to reduce the size of the goods for shipping to help you save on shipping costs.
I hope this information helps explain the service we provide for the price paid for shipping however if you have any further questions or need assistance next time you ship please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Services team at info@forward2me.com.
Many thanks,
Kind Regards,Tracy.

Hi Mohd,
Many thanks for providing us with your views on our shipping service.
I'm pleased to hear that you have found that everything is easy to use and the process was smooth however the cost of shipping a little more than you expected.
We do feel we offer value for money for the service we provide. Everything was much easier than I expected. They are very quick to respond and said "yes" to all of my requests. The way the site is set up, you can have everything done with a few clicks, but I had a large roll of fabric that they repacked for me and I called to request. I got my special order two months faster, 40% cheaper and saved 80 Euros in shipping costs because I used Forward2me instead of buying from shops in the current country I'm living in. Thank you!

Second time I use forward2me and second review exactly as the first: very quick service (parcel forwarded the same day when received by forward2me) good choice of couriers and fees clearly stated to choose the preferred shipping method. Finally, prices are fair and there is no hidden fee or recurring subscription.
