Not just postage service but very responsible if customer have problem with the parcel. I suggest and hope have one service for postage a big item with lower price. Its ok if item take time a bit to my country. Save the budget.

mind you when possible I opt for the mail service as it's far more reasonable to me and often will not involve any additional customs costs, however, since it has no tracking it's a bit of a leap of faith as it can take quite a while...anyway to have it like registered mail.

I do see that there was an early delay with the delivery of your parcel however it appears from the tracking it does show that TNT did make up for the delay and attempted the delivery of your parcel on 22nd December however you were not available to receive this.

I know it is difficult to be available sometimes for deliveries and I know it must have been disappointing that you did not receive the delivery by Christmas however the tracking is now showing as delivered today 27.12.17. Please contact our customer service team at info@forward2me.com if this is not the case and we will be happy to look into this further for you?

We do offer shipping via other couriers such as DHL and UPS to your country who make work better for you and provide a quicker transit time if required.

The third time I did not go through with my purchase. Why? Because I was put off by my interaction with customer service.
Everything was fine, prompt efficient response. As a suggestion though, we just want you to get our package and forward it. Don't tell me you won't send items that need refrigeration or any such negatives. We don't care. We know what we ordered. We just want you to forward it, your job. Don't tell me about anything negative. Obviously open it, check make sure no contraband. Other than that, forward it. I did not ask about refrigeration, etc, so don't tell me about it. Not your problem, it is my problem. So I didn't order again.

Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that shipping costs for your item were more than expected.

I'm thinking that you may have seen the budget untracked service on our website which offers a similar price to the amount you have stated for the size of package you have shipped however this service is only available for goods under the value of £20.
<br />
I see that the package you have shipped is higher in value than this amount therefore the service would not have been available to you seeing as the value of the goods were higher than this amount. Therefore you have chosen one of the fully tracked door to door courier services which was more expensive than this service.

I also see that the package was received from Amazon and this company do tend to ship goods in larger boxes than necessary, therefore we may have been able to reduce the size of the package for shipping via our combine and repack service. This service is available to our customers for a cost of £2 per package however this service can significantly reduce the cost of shipping if we are able to reduce the size of the shipping box.

I hope you will consider using our services again in the future however if you find that your shipping quote is higher than expected please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team and we will be happy to assess your parcel to see if we can make any savings with the combine and repack service.
