I had bought a few books from different book sellers, and sent them to my forward2me address.
Sometimes there is no description for the Package in the forward2me webpage (pls see attached screenshot) and it makes it difficult for me to key-in the value of said Package, as I could not figure out which book it is. Perhaps when there is no description, you can automatically attach a parcel snap/photo of the contents of the Package, so that I can visually identify the contents of the Package.
Just a thought.

-Most professional package shipping service I worked with(tried at least 10 of them)
-Prompt and transparent
-Customer service
-Webpage design
Cons:
-2pounds+VAT per package consolidated is highway robbery for most things
-Not really customer friendly when it comes to lying to custom services
-"Review forward2me and get 50% off your next shipment", turns out it's just video review. I'm not happy with subject of that mail never stating video review and feedback link only leading to this page. Video is mentioned somewhere in the middle of message. Pretty misleading

The reliability of this service is amazing. I have now had quite a few trades with them, and they have always dispatched quick, and deliver a top grade service on each occasion. On one occasion an item I shipped from them arrived earlier than the item that shipped within my own country, go figure. Haven't experimented with other reshippers as these guys are obviously the best going at the moment. Not to mention that they solved two challenges to shipping in quickly and without fuss that allowed me to receive my packages before I moved. Can't fault this company on any point, they are simply flawless.

Fast Service even though my order was returned back by DHL and was later re-shipped again by forward2me. Received the package within 24h DHL had all the required paper work so did not need to wait 2 days as normally is the case. Excellent service will be using them again :)

shipping charge is expensive and my parcel came to me late.
Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with both the cost and transit time of your parcel.<br />We do feel that we offer good value for money for the service we provide, the shipping fee charged includes the use of your address, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods including any export paperwork required for shipping. <br />Shipping fees are calculated on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit rather than being based on the actual weight of the goods, this is especially the case when transporting goods by air. <br />I see that the service you have chosen for shipping is a premium door to door, fully tracked service however the delivery does appear to be on time as per the transit time stated on your shipping invoice.<br />Please don't hesitate to get in touch if this is not the case and we can then look into this further for you and open a case with the delivery company.<br />We look forward to hearing from you if we can assist you further.<br />Many thanks,<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

Everything worked flawlessly. The company appears ethical and does what they say they'll do as soon as they can possibly do it.
The only issue we had, which was largely our own fault for not reading the website fully, was that we didn't understand that packages that aren't repackaged at the per-unit rate are actually sent individually. For DHL, forward2me put them each in individual DHL bags but sent them on one single "waybill." So they were all discreet, but you'll get a big stack if you order much. One of mine actually got misdirected by DHL, but showed up promptly the next day.
I only wish there was a way to estimate how much you can save in shipping fees if you paid the per-unit repackaging fee. But the overall cost was reasonable given the services provided and the quantity shipped. Go for it.

I absolutely love the Forward2Me service! Not only are they fantastic with quick and easy shipping but they take the time to make sure your package gets to you without being opened. (I live in the US and I’m used to my parcels being half opened expecually is they are international purchases besides coustoms checks) I will FOREVER use Forward2Me because they are detail oriented, the alerts are down to the moment. Love you guys you’re a shop-a-holics bff.
