Overall packaging and service is very good, but boxes sometimes are too fragile and I get a lot of broken items on my country.Thin cardboard boxes do not protect items inside and that is not very pleasant. Sometimes tapes are not enough and boxes arrive a bit "open" also.
Anyway, service works just fine, website look is good and easy to use. I'm satisfied enough for a 4 stars out of 5.

Performed as expected, delivery on time, good response on customer support. My shipment consisted of two packages, these were sent as two deliveries rather than one, doubling the freight costs. Would be an improvement to get this sorted.

Hi,Many thanks for your feedback, I'm pleased to hear that your shipment went as expected and you were happy with the Customer Service support.I'm sorry if there has been some misunderstanding on the shipping of your parcels, we do rely on the customer initiating their own shipments so they can choose their preferred courier service.I see that you received two parcels on the same day however only one parcel was chosen for shipping, the second parcel shipping was initiated a number of days later. It may have been that you thought that all your goods had arrived in one package so it is really important to check the contents of the package received before going ahead with shipping.We have two options for shipping multiple packages in a shipment, the first is a multi-piece shipment. Our customer can choose up to 15 parcels for shipping within one shipment and under one main tracking number. A second option is to choose our combine and repack service. With this service the customer selects all the packages that they would like to ship and submits a request to repack them. Had brought a $40 rug/throw online but didn't know the weight so unable to clearly estimate the cost of shipping. Also did not realize it was going to be shipped express, would have been happy to wait for it if shipped slowly, which is what happens from USA, cheaply

Hi,Many thanks for taking the time to review our services.I'm pleased to hear that you are happy with the contact you have had with us however disappointed to hear the cost of shipping was more than expected.We do work on a regular basis with our couriers to offer the best price possible to our customers and the price of shipping does include the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storage and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required for shipping.The cost of shipping is calculated based on the amount of space the shipment takes up rather than the actual weight, unless the actual weight is higher than the volumetric weight. On this occasion the volume of the parcel did exceed the actual weight so the cost of shipping was based on the higher volumetric weight.We do offer our customers the combine and repack option, for this service our warehouse team evaluate the package to see if they can reduce the overall size of the goods to help save on shipping costs. I do use parcel forwarding companies to buy from various countries and save on shipping back to Greece .
Forward2me is the one I chose to use in UK , and they have been quite professional until now.
They aren't particularly cheap though , comparing it to other services I have used in other countries , so I'm searching for something cheaper.
But they do their job right , that's for sure.

This is the first time I used the forward2me service. Actually the first impression is very satisfying. The account dashboard is very informative and easy to use. The package processing is very fast (I'm not doing any additional process though. Just receive and forward).
The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the lack of affordable courier services. They do have an Untracked Budget Service (which is a cheap Royal Mail service) but this seems really not reliable (I also trying using this service for £10, and still waiting for my package in the dark without any tracking number). In the end I'm ended using DHL (the least expensive options for £30), and all going smoothly until I get my package 5 days later (actually 3 days to arrive in my city, but Indonesian DHL Agent is very slow).
I hope, in the near future, forward2me can provide more affordable service in the price range of £20 even tough it will cost the delivery time. Because I'm sure there are many customer that can deal with long transit time but value the cost of shipping.
For now, I'll set forward2me aside, and try another forwarder in UK to see if there are forwarder that provide better affordable service.
P.S : I'm just reviewing and criticizing about the cheapest available options in forward2me. If anyone is having no problem with price, I think forward2me is the best option of forwarding services you have in UK.
