O servico foi bom. E rapido e muito confiavel. Mas deveria melhorar nos precos para serem mais atractivos. Por exemplo para pacotes pequenos (muito pequenos) que chegam a custar 10GBP frete para o meu pais (Mocambique) mesmo que eu solicite o repacking num pacote o preco continua a ser muito alto o que nao traz muita comodidade. O preco final torna-se aproximadamente uma soma dos varios pacotes pequenos e nao consttitue uma vantagem ao cliente. Se fizessem uma revisao neste aspecto seria muito melhor e aumentaria a quantidade de pacotes que passam por vosso servico.

Hi,Many thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback on our services however I'm disappointed to hear that you found that the cost of using our service was more than expected.The price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required and full customer support for tracked services until delivery.Shipping fees are calculated on the amount of space that your shipment occupies in transit rather than the actual weight, this is called the volumetric weight. The actual weight would only be charged when this was higher than the volumetric weight. I see that for your shipment although very light, it volumed out higher therefore the shipping fees were calculated on the higher volumetric weight.I'm thinking that when you checked the price calculator you may have only entered the total weight of your packages rather both the actual weight and the dimensions of the package. When both pieces of information is entered as well as the country, city and zip code the price should match the price you are being charged for shipping on your account. If you ever find that these prices differ please contact our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com and they will be happy to look at this for you.We do however offer a combine and repack service, this is especially useful when ordering multiple items where the overall volume may be able to be reduced to ensure the customer obtains maximum value for shipping and may be useful in future.I hope this information helps going forward and that you will consider using our services again. The handling of my package was fast but the shipping cost was higher than what was promised on the website when I first signed up. My package was very small and light, and I'm not sure why the minimum shipping price got increased for me. Also, they contradict their own FAQ by saying that they allow packages from outside the EU. The FAQ says the opposite. That's confusing.

I've used forwar2me a number of times over the years and every single time the service I received was excellent. Everything worked fine. Shortly after they recieved my goods, they sent me an update by mail that the goods arrived, were checked an that I can choose a forwarder and the service (i.e. Express).
OK, you have to pay for this service, but the costs are reasonable for handling my purchase in the UK.
If you have a seller who doesn`t ship to your country, it is an easy and comfortable way to get what you want.
